He’s older now than the first time they found themselves like this, more attuned to the whirlwind of thoughts behind those eyes, but he swears he can still feel his blood rushing hot and restless through his body just like the first time.
Tashi smiles and nods once, motioning to the rest of the empty bed that she currently sits at the foot of. “Come here.”
Tashi and Art head back to their hotel after the final. No one questions Patrick when he follows them.
