Summary
“So, if I’ve got this all understood, and hey, correct me if I’m wrong,” Kevin raised a brow, hands in the air as if that would help him understand anything even more than he already struggled to do so. “You… You--” he nodded to himself, “You are Wile E. and… and you’ve become… human. As human as we can legally call you, I suppose.”
Sniffling, the man in front of him nodded. Wile E. nodded.
“And… this was not related to ACME, any ACME byproducts, ACME subsidiaries, or anything else under the scope of the ACME corporation and it’s employees?”
Wile E. shook his head, the brown and grey hairs at the top of his head moving as freely as his ears used to.
“Well,” Kevin sighed as he leaned back and nearly broke his already near-death swivel chair, “I can’t help you, then! You know we only cover incidents related to rocket shoe malfunctions, anvils from rooftops, and other non-human consumer product cases.”
---
Wile E. Coyote turned himself into a human. He wants to return to normal. He wants to return to the desert. He wants to catch the Road Runner. No one else seems to want this.

Ringo groaned, pressing his fingers to his temples. “Thinkin’ about the future and how it works makes my head spin.” He frowned to himself, sad eyes even sadder as he sighed. “If we’re here in the future but we still exist an’ the people are sayin’ that we are who we are even though we’re from the past and we’ve never seen any of these things then that means that we’ve been transported to another world or maybe even another body where--”
John slapped a hand over Ringo’s mouth. “No more. I’ll get nauseous.”

Summary
John Lennon, busy scraping by while working at a record shop (one he happened to be rather fond of), felt like he was so, so close to finally making a break in the music industry with his closest lad - Paul McCartney. Of course, there were others he could credit here and there, but it was him and Paul that were the ones busying themselves with songwriting.
They were the ones spending every feasible, waking moment together just to correct one another on the smallest detail of a lyric.
They were the ones pressing their knees together, so close their breaths mixed as they tuned their instruments by ear.
They were the reason John felt even slightly capable of seeing a possible future ahead of him while everything behind him couldn't get shaken off.

Summary
Gingersnaps, a shady stripper bar in the bad side of town, is a popular place for people like Damien Thorn and his father, a man so feared in the community that few know him other than his nickname of 'Satan'. It's the perfect place for organizing deals, trading drugs, and getting a cheap dance- perhaps something more if you're willing to pay. When a dancer with an angel tattoo catches Damien's attention, it sets off a dangerous chain of events, pulling everyone connected down with them; people like Kyle Broflovski, a police officer looking to right his past wrongs.

Summary
Bebe is finally starting her life. Sure, she’s 20 and maybe it took a few months to coerce her family into letting her leave the farm to take an internship for a fashion magazine in Paris, but that could only mean things could go up!
At least, until she meets a foreign journalist, her best friend jumpstarts both a relationship and the feminist movement on the streets of Paris, and she starts lying her way into a tender businessman’s heart.
Oh, and it’s 1963 and the Beatles are all the rage, miniskirts and the bikini were just invented, and Twiggy is still on the cover of every magazine.

“You don’t know what it’s like to just go along with something for basically your whole life, only to realise that you don’t want that anymore, but then you don’t know what to do because so much of you has been attached to it for so long that you can’t really let go of it!”
The problem with Snorkmaiden, you see, is that she's not Snufkin.

Summary
“I know you have to go.” His dark eyes fringed with tears. “I understand,” his voice cracked. “I do. Forgive me. I’ll miss you.”
Snufkin was shaken, and remembering it makes him shaken again.
“You’ll be asleep while I’m gone,” he had soothed. “I’ll be back next spring. You’ll hardly notice I’m gone.”
Moomin hugged him, warm and soft and not suffocating the way Snufkin had expected.
