Or, Hawks gets sent on a mission to go back in time to stop Dabi from becoming a villain. Hawks takes the opportunity to fix the whole Todoroki family and give his younger self the life he’s always deserved.

Inspired by a tumblr post by anxi04 "Tim and Bruce have an odd relationship to the rest of the family. They don't act like father and son, but its seems like they have a "deeper" bond than the others."
And a post by uranium-glass-dice, "Imagine trying to get your teenage son to go to bed when he's been putting your ass down for naps for like, years, by that point."
All relationships are platonic.

Summary
An AU where Tim was imprisoned by Black Mask for most of his adolescence, trained to be his successor. His reintroduction to Gotham - and to Gotham's vigilantes - could go a little smoother. At least enough of his morality sticks around that he can probably consider himself safe from being a supervillain.
Though he isn't quite sure he qualifies for "superhero," either.
