Heeseung takes a drag of the cigarette before offhandedly twirling it between his fingers for Jake to grab, smiles at him in wait and that smile all too soon turns into a grin as he watches the younger boy settle it between his (gorgeous, Heeseung has noticed), lips, and inhales until it causes him to double over, coughing while still trying to regain his breath.
Jake hands the spit stained cigarette back to Heeseung with a sort of kicked-dog expression, and he thinks maybe Heeseung’s humor isn’t fully developed because he’s laughing—laughing in his face, not even trying to hide it either.
“Too much for you?” Heeseung asks obviously, and Jake all but scoffs. “Mm, ‘s alright. Not for everyone, I guess.”
Jake nods. For a second, he’s lost in his thoughts while he watches Heeseung smoke the cigarette in long puffs. It’s only a few minutes later when he finally decides to bite the bullet and ask the question that’s been sitting on his tongue since he first laid eyes on Heeseung.
“So. Uh—you wanna fuck?”
— Or, Jake is curious. Heeseung decides to indulge in him.

Listening to what his ex boyfriend had to say regarding this topic seemed to completely tarnish the idyllic relationship Jiwoong had built with heartache. The only thing he could think at that moment was: why does he get shielded with such solicitude when, just 5 years ago, his auspicious future was thwarted by their shared infidelity?
Jiwoong is absolutely indifferent hearing that the two people he hated most were getting a taste of the same hurt he had gone through at their own cold and calculated hands.
