Oh my.. this story was unbelievably sad and heartbreaking. Legolas indeed suffered through a lonely lifetime. I had to stop sometimes to compose myself the pain felt too real. I couldn’t help but built resentment towards Aragorn while reading this, surprising to say the least as he is one of my fav on screen characters, ever. But in this version he did my boy Legolas dirty. The chasing, the yearning, only to ultimately reject him, submitting him to eternal yearning. #legolasdeservedbetter

what a journey! from the moment i opened the first page i was immediately immersed into the universe the author created— their OCs fit in perfectly and everything seems so fluid and natural. I love, love, love the whole wormhole stuff that’s been added, which makes this story so fun to read. I especially loved the way everyone communicated and it actually felt like Jane was apart of the group, rather than forcefully put in for the sake of the story. She is everything I looked for in a OC and I can’t express the immense grief I felt when I realised that the sequel is not finished. I was so excited to see how the relationship between her and Legolas would develop, I could already tell from alone the moments they shared in this story, that it would have been wonderful. I really hope Jane‘s story will someday be continued
