    Summary

The war is over. The bureaucracy is not.
There are many excellent reasons to send a Gondorian princess to Rohan.

Trade negotiations. Diplomatic outreach. A noble gesture of post-war unity.
Possibly even a quiet arrangement involving a marriage contract someone forgot to mention to the princess.

Lothíriel of Dol Amroth arrives with ledgers, grain, and the deep, weary grace of a woman who ran an entire city during a war and still wasn’t allowed to sign things in ink. She expected the usual diplomatic friction. She did not expect mud-slinging (literal and otherwise), misplaced marriage rumors, or Éomer King glaring at her like a badly translated poem.

He expected a new trade agreement. Instead, he got a princess, armored in courtesy and extremely unimpressed.

    Summary

"Lord Éomer?" the woman let out a cautious greeting as she walked closer, wrapping her robe tighter around herself, somehow sounding as puzzled about his presence as he was of hers.

"Yes. Evening, Lady Lothíriel," Éomer replied hastily, clearing his throat a little as he took a couple steps closer, guessing that the woman had to be Prince Imrahil's daughter, the youngest of the siblings. "Pardon me, my lady, but ...Why are you in my room? Has something happened?" he questioned in as polite a tone as he could manage amidst his confusion.

"Your room?" she repeated, blinking. "Actually, I was about to ask why you are in my room, my lord."

The existence of this fic is all thanks to TheMoonlily's tumblr post (that I came across months and months ago) about an éothíriel-idea that was something along the lines of "Éomer comes to Minas Tirith for Éowyn's wedding and is staying with the Amrothian's during his visit. Due to a payback-for-previous-prank from Amrothos, he ends up in Lothíriel's room." that just opened some inspirational floodgate in my brain and I couldn't resist writing this. i hope you have as much fun reading as I've had while writing this.

    Summary

As the fires of Minas Tirith blazed, Prince Imrahil rode to its aid. His daughter, Lothíriel, fresh from a daring sea voyage, followed with her brothers to stand against the looming darkness.
Amidst the chaos of war, Lothíriel’s calm strength and inner light caught the eye of Éomer, King of Rohan—a man walled off by anger and loneliness. She sought steady ground; he yearned for the peace of the sea. Though wary of each other at first, an unexpected bond began to grow.
In a world torn by war, can two opposites find the courage to break down the walls around their hearts? Or will the shadow consume them before the light can take hold?

    Summary

Eomer Eadig, Eddie to his friends, is the newly minted Earl of Meduseld. He does not particularly want to be this. He wants even less to be dragged into a murder investigation, particularly not an impromptu one. It suits him even less to have said impromptu murder investigation spearheaded by a woman he best remembers as a little girl on a too big pony. But Lady Lothiriel is little Lola no longer. Her mind is sharp, her flapper skirts are short, and she's not averse to taking the wheel when she has to. Literally. Perhaps, when the hand dragging you into intrigue is as dainty as hers, all of us might stumble and fall. The question is, perhaps, just what have they fallen into - and can they solve a murder without allowing it to distract them?

    Summary

In a perfect world, Mariel wouldn't have had to watch her father die, or her mother wither away. She wouldn't have had to experience the abandonment of those she holds most dear. For her love is a twisted, confusing thing. Because, if you truly love someone, wouldn't you do everything in your power to stay? To live? To survive? Having been hurt by those who "love" her, Mariel decides that true love must be a myth, and that a political match is the best way to go. Enter Eomerking. Looking for a wife who can ease his burden of ruling, give him an heir, and keep his counselors from their continuous nagging, he decides that a woman of good breeding must be sought out. His counselors encourage him to pick a bride from among the nobility of Gondor, reestablishing the bonds the two countries had forged together in years gone by.

    Summary

"The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference." It was not a union of love or convenience. It was out of political necessity that Eomer of Rohan and Mareke of Harad were wed. To not be cared for is a terrible thing. To stare down a long life of such treatment is worse. Can anything bring the pair together or shall they navigate all of life's trials and tribulations alone?
