Summary
Ezra is a human that has survived the biblical apocalypse. He doesn’t remember it happening thanks to a grievous head wound, but he’s managed to find refuge in a human settlement of Tadfield. When his two closest friends go missing on a scouting trip, Ezra has no choice but to venture through the lawless countryside to find them.
Ezra voyages to other human settlements with the reluctant demon Crowley by his side. Despite his apprehension of traveling with a biblical entity, the two grow close during their time together. Could there be more to the demon Crowley than meets the eye? Can Ezra overcome his fear and abandonment issues and open his heart again? Or will his forgotten past finally catch up with him?

Summary
The expectations placed upon Aziraphale were simple and straightforward. Temple servants were to pledge themselves only to their goddess, care for those who entered the temple, keep the inner sanctums clean, never break their vows of loyalty and chastity, and never seek a life for themselves outside of the temple.
Aziraphale had accepted this fate, and played his role well… for a time.
Aziraphale was cursed with something powerful: a sympathetic heart. Within this heart bloomed something both wonderful and terrible, a deep longing for the love of a strange and spectacular man who unexpectedly came entered his life.

Dr. Aziraphale Fell is newly appointed as the Chief of the A&E (ER) at Celestial Harmonies Hospital in Lambeth, London. The crowd is a much different one than the patients that gathered at his previous place of work in the South Downs- and his coworkers are perhaps the oddest of all. Emergency physician Gabriel Winger seems to think Dr. Fell has robbed him of a position that was rightfully his. Beatrix Bealz, the trauma surgeon on call, doesn't look or act like a surgeon at all. And then there's that strange Head Nurse Crowley. So stand-offish with his coworkers. So sweet with the patients. A mystery, all together. Aziraphale can't help but want to solve that mystery- what physician can resist one?
