Nami knew what she was doing was selfish. She should have go back to Arlong Park weeks ago. Instead, Nami stayed with Luffy and Zoro for a day longer every day, unable to bring herself to leave them just yet. And no matter how hard she tried to convince herself that she was only staying with them to use them, Nami knew the truth.
She had finally found people she wanted to stay with and she couldn't.

Nami is celebrating her birthday with two idiots in the middle of the ocean. It's the best birthday of her life.

Nami eyed him with slight irritation, chin resting on her palm. “Luffy, just how many times do we have to keep explaining it to you? You only drink if you 'have' done what was said. If you were thirsty, you could’ve asked Sanji for milk.”
Luffy’s eyebrows furrowed as he stared down at his glass, then back to the others. “I know? I drank because I 'have' done it. Duh.”
Everyone slowly turned to stare at him. He stared back, blinking.
Sanji couldn’t help but ask. “Luffy… what is it that you’ve done?”
Luffy tilted his head. “Uh…sex?”

When the crew decides to play a drinking game to get to know each other a little more, they end up finding out something about their captain that they never would've guessed. Two people, in specific, aren't too pleased with the revelation.

Summary
Zoro chances another glance at Sanji through the galley window.
Leaning against the kitchen sink, Sanji looks visibly shaken. There are shadows in his eyes that Zoro doesn’t think he’s ever seen before, and he is hugging himself, like someone has told him repeatedly that he’s taking too much space for existing and there’s nothing he can do but curl into himself until he disappears. Right outside the galley Usopp accidentally drops his kabuto, and Sanji jolts in response, the shock rippling through his body, hands trembling.
