Jeongguk adjusts his collar, (is it getting hotter in here?) hands rising to settle on the edge of the counter. Pretty boy may be cute, but with all his irritation, his patience metre is at an all time low. He just has to, well, not look directly at him, lest he get distracted.
“I came to ask you to turn it down.” There’s no point in beating around the bush, he supposes.
Pretty boy hums, looking uninterested as he leans against his counter, eyes drab. “I don’t know about your little request, little one.” He sing-songs, cheek pressed against his palm. “I need the music for the ambience, you know?”
or: The tattoo parlor next to Jeongguk’s little flower shop blasts rock music way too loud, chasing away his customers. That was his last straw.
