Luke: Yes?
Emily: Any reason why I would have overheard you say on the phone today: “give Roxy and Sergio kisses for me,” and that whoever you were talking to would get their kisses from you once you got home?
Emily: Because the only person you could have possibly been talking to would be Garcia, but that wouldn’t make any sense, because the two of you aren’t dating, right?
Emily: So what gives you the right to be sending my cat kisses?
Luke: …

Emily: Anything you want to confess?

Newbie <3: So Prentiss knows
Newbie <3: Well not KNOWS knows, I haven’t told her anything, but yeah

Chica: She what???
Chica: How???
Newbie <3: She overheard me on the phone with you saying to give Roxy and Sergio kisses for me and that I would be giving you your kisses when I got home
Chica: Wow. Surrounded by FBI agents who are skilled at detecting secrets and you don’t think to watch where you’re having private phone conversations? Rookie move, Luke
Newbie <3: I know, I know, I’m sorry.
Newbie <3: So do I tell her we’re dating or do I make up some bs excuse?
Chica: Wait, you didn’t tell her??? What did you do? Leave her on read?

Luke: So I’m dating Penelope
Emily: Yeah, I figured. Why did you leave me on read for so long?
Luke: I was checking with her to make sure it was okay that I actually told you
Emily: Wait that’s really sweet. So how long has this been going on?
Luke: Well I asked her out at her going away party, and then our first date was right after we got back from that first case without her.
Emily: LUKE THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO!!!
Luke: Yes? Your point?
Emily: Why have you guys kept us in the dark for so long?
Luke: Well at first it was because we didn’t know if it was going to go anywhere and didn’t want to get you guys involved so early on
Emily: Makes sense
Luke: But after we realized that we did want to be something… I don’t know… it was just still easier I guess? Plus we didn’t know how you all would react. And also it’s just… our business, you know? No one else NEEDS to know.
Emily: I get that… but did you guys think we wouldn’t be absolutely thrilled for you? We’ve been WAITING for this to happen
Luke: You have been?
Emily: Oh yeah. In fact we have a log of some of your flirtier interactions to use as proof in case we ever needed to convince one of you that the other liked them.
Emily: It’s probably a good thing that I was not around for most of these things, because as your boss, I would have had probably had to write you up for them for inappropriate workplace behavior
Emily: I mean I wouldn’t have, obviously, because I’m not a stick in the mud, but I probably would have been supposed to.
Luke: Do I even want to know what’s on this “log?”
Emily: You should worship at my throne, Luke Alvez/Oh but I do, I do, you know I do!

Luke: I can’t believe EVERYONE knows about that. God I am not going to be able to look Rossi in the eye again.
Emily: If it helps, he’s known about that since it’s happened and not treated you any differently. Matt and Tara updated the log practically as soon as it happened
Luke: THAT ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT HELP AT ALL, WHATSOEVER
Emily: Well, can’t blame a girl for trying.
Luke: Okay, despite all of that, please don’t tell anyone? We haven’t discussed yet if we want the whole team to know.
Emily: Of course, your secret’s safe with me.
Luke: Thank you.
Emily: And Luke? I am really happy for you guys. Seriously. You deserve this.
Luke: Thank you, I appreciate that.
Emily: But hurt her and I will rain so much hellfire down on your life you won’t know what hit you
