Summary
Peter had never been interested in mating with an omega. He has always felt like all the propaganda around a wolf finding something special in an omega rather than a mate of their own kind if garbage. Omegas are annoying, and simpering and silly. Unfortunately, his recently acquired alpha status means that if he wants to finally break free of his sister’s pack, he needs an omega mate.

Stiles seemed to draw himself up, for a moment he was the same boy who had looked at Peter's alpha shift and told him he wasn't scared. He'd been lying but Peter loved his tenacity.
"I need your help." he said, and for some reason there was absolute certainty that Peter would help him.
Either he was just that desperate or he needed help with something that he knew Peter would enjoy doing. Or maybe he had a tantalizing offer to exchange for Peter's help.

Summary
"Stiles' thumb shook almost imperceptibly when it hovered over the number. His number. Not for the first time, he wished he had other options. The problem was that he'd already called everyone else in the pack. Hell, he’d even called Chris Argent for fucks sake and it was not like he was on the best terms with that guy.
Stiles chewed his lip and sighed before pressing call. He was the last person Stiles wanted to drive him home after getting his wisdom teeth pulled but he was out of options. This was Beacon Hills, and Stiles was probably less likely to be killed by him than he was some rogue supernatural Uber driver.
He swallowed as the call connected "Peter, I need a favor.""
Or the one in which Stiles confesses all of the nasty things he wants Peter to do to him in a post-anesthesia fog and then promptly forgets all about it. Peter...does not.

It wasn't where Peter wanted to end up after finishing his medical training; he would have much preferred an emergency room or even a maternity ward, instead of a pain clinic. His most frequent patients were teenagers with hangovers, women too shy to admit they were cramping, and perhaps the strangest of all – pain drain addicts, the people who'd gotten so used to have every minor ache and pain leeched from their bones that they mistook merely being alive as a great discomfort.
Stiles is in pain, he goes to Peters office for relief.
