On his hunt to find out why exactly a bunch of politicians are going missing, he meets a demon named Bill Cipher. He’s clever, with far too much free time on his hands. He was never interested in humans, until he met Ford. A man smarter than most, a man who could have almost anything. But he chooses to help people before anything else.
With a hand engulfed in flames, he makes a deal. He’ll pretend to be human, and work beside Ford, solving paranormal crimes, in return, Ford will teach Bill what it means to be human.
