(6 Months After the Defeat of Mandroid)
Megatron flew through the shy in his helicopter alternate mode. “Hey, Megs, you almost there” The Autobot Blaster asked over the coms. “Yes Blaster, which of my former subordinates am I going to be facing anyways?” Megatron asked curiously.
“According to reports from civilians and Jazz‘s investigation it’s most likely going to be the insecticons Bombshell and Shrapnel” Blaster explained “So be careful you don’t want to get mind controlled again and make sure they don’t get the chance to eat and multiply.” Blaster instructed.
“I am aware of my former follower's abilities” Megatron said “I’ll let you know when I’ve bested these bugs” Megatron explained “Roger than daddy-oh” Blaster said over the coms and went silent.
Megatron saw the construction site where the Insecticons were last sighted. Megatron began to descend and landed in the middle of the construction site and transformed into his robot mode.
“Alright I'm here now where are they?” Megatron muttered to himself as he looked around when suddenly someone shot at him from the shadows while the former Decepticon leader's back was turned. Megatron quickly turned around and blocked the attack with his arm.
Megatron looked over and watched as Shrapnel and Bombshell emerged from the shadows in their alternate modes. Shrapnel and Bombshell quickly transformed into their robot modes and locked their optics on their former master.
“Bombshell, Shrapnel the war is over and Mandroid is gone, why can't you two just live here peacefully like Breakdown, Tarantulas, Starscream, and the Seeker Twins?” Megatron asked in confusion.
“You're all traitorz to our cauze cauze” Shrapnel exclaimed angrily “Yez if you were half the leader you zay you where you'd zee that” Bombshell added.
The two Insecticons lunged forwards and Megatron prepared to defend himself however a green light suddenly came down from above them and the three Decepticons were all immobilized.
“What the, what are you doing Megatron Megatron” Shrapnel asked in confusion as he and Bombshell began to panic. “This isn’t my doing” Megatron said when suddenly he and the Insecticons disappeared in a bright flash of light.
(Meanwhile At G.H.O.S.T Site Alpha 9)
Blaster attempted to contact Megatron through Telitran-1 “Hey Megs you take down them bug-brains yet” Blaster asked but there was no response. “Megs you there” Blaster asked and again didn’t get a response.
Blaster let out a sigh of annoyance and attempted to use Teletran-1 to locate the former Decepticon leader but to his confusion Teletran-1 was unable to locate him as if Megatron had left earth completely “Scrap” Blaster exclaimed in annoyance and slammed his fist into Teletraan-1.
(4 Hours Later)
(With The Malto’s)
Twitch and her siblings Robbie, Mo, Thrash, Jawbreaker, Nightshade, and Hashtag were all hanging out in their hideout under the Malto family barn.
“Man, today’s boring” Thrash said, “I know ever since we took down Mandroid things haven't been very eventful” Hashtag said and looked over at her older brother. Twitch looked over at Hashtag and Thrash.
“Why are you guys complaining, I don’t know about you, but I don’t really want to deal with another Mandroid for a LONG while” Twitch joked.
However, before Thrash and Hashtag could reply the two of them heard the entrance to their hideout open and the seven of them looked to see Bumblebee walking in.
“Hi Bee” Mo said happily as she looked up to him. “Hi Mo” Bumblebee said as he touched the side of his head with a look of annoyance on his face.
“What's wrong Bee” Twitch asked curiously “OH it's just me, Optimus, Elita, and Blaster have been trying to contact Megatron but he's not responding” Bumblebee said.
“That's weird, I hope he’s okay,” Twitch said with concern in her voice. “I'm sure he is fine, Megatron can handle himself pretty well in a fight,” Nightshade said to reassure their older sister causing her a simile “Yeah you're probably right” Twitch said.
“You know I have a friend who might know where he is” Hashtag said with a happy smile on her face “Uhg not him” Thrash said in annoyance causing Bumblebee to look over at his student with a look of confusion on his face. “Who exactly is this friend of yours Hashtag?” Bumblebee asked curiously.
“Starscream” Hashtag said bluntly causing Bumblebee optics to go wide “WHAT” Bumblebee exclaimed in surprise and quickly adjusted his voice. “Since when are you two friends?” Bumblebee asked in confusion as he placed his hand on the back of his head.
“Since he saved me from this thing called the Dweller” Hashtag explained “The Dweller how did that thing get to Earth, and why am I only hearing about this now” Bumblebee asked in confusion. “I thought Megatron would have told you he was there,” Robbie said as Hashtag walked over to her tablet and quickly went into her contacts and began to search for Starscream's name.
“I can't believe you all trust Starscream of all bots” Bumblebee muttered in annoyance “I don’t” Thrash said in annoyance. “Why not he saved my life and last time I checked he saved yours too when he helped us stop Mandroid” Hashtag explained “She has a point you know.” Twitch said as she nodded in agreement.
“Oh please let’s be honest he probably only did that to save his own skid plate” Thrash said in annoyance and looked over at his little sister. “Sis you can't trust that bot, Starscream is so infamous for betraying people that they named the archetype for a treacherous underling The Starscream ” Thrash said but Hashtag just ignored him and pressed the button to call Starscream for lack of a better term.
After a few second Starscream answered “Seriously Nova Storm I have no idea how you mistook Grimlock covered in blue paint for Thundercracker” Starscream said in confusion “I just saw the blue and assumed-” Nova Storm began but was interrupted by Starscream “You saw the blue and assumed the large dinobot was one of the missing members of our Armada” Starscream said in confusion.
“Yeah, I get it I screwed up I've got a huge bite mark on my arm to remind me of that boss bot” Nova Storm said in her defense. “Um Starscream is everything okay over there” Hashtag asked curiously.
“Oh Hashtag, sorry I was just getting a field report from Nova Storm and trying to understand her stupidity” Starscream said “Hay i'm not some moron” Nova Storm exclaimed in annoyance “No offense sis but you are kind of a dunce” Skywarp said “You to Sky” Nova Storm said in surprise “Sorry Nova” Skywarp said apologetically.
“Anyways Hashtag is there something you'd like to discuss, or did you just want to talk” Starscream asked curiously, Hashtag was about to say something when suddenly Bumblebee spoke up “We have been having trouble contacting Megatron se we were wondering if you knew were he was” Bumblebee asked with a suspicious tone and narrowed his optics at the tablet in Hashtag’s hands.
Starscream went quiet for a few minutes “I haven't seen the monster Bumblebee, and I don’t quite appreciate your tone Autobot” Starscream said in annoyance. “Well, can you keep an eye out for him?” Jawbreaker asked with concern in his voice.
“Why would I help find that mad bot?” Starscream asked in confusion “Please” Hashtag begged as she made puppy dog eyes, causing Starscream to let out an annoyed sigh.
(5 Minutes Later)
Starscream, Nova Storm, and Skywarp flew through the sky in their jet alternate modes with Starscream flying in front of the Seeker Sisters.
“Why are we looking for Megatron again, boss?” Nova Storm asked in confusion. “I lost a battle of wills” Starscream stated bluntly as he and the Seeker Twins continued to fly.
(Meanwhile With Megatron and The Insecticons)
Megatron awoke in a dark room with a light above him which barely lit up the area around him. He let out a groan. “Where am I” Megatron muttered as he struggled against his bindings and looked around and saw he was bound to a wall by energy binding around his arms, legs, and torso. Megatron saw Shrapnel and Bombshell to his right and left respectively both of whom are in the same predicament as he was.
“You're aboard our ship Megatron,” an unknown individual with a raspy voice explained. “Who are you, show yourself” Megatron exclaimed angrily “With pleasure Megatron” another feminine voice said, and a creature emerged from the shadows.
The gesture was a robotic being with a silver body, several silver tentacles, and five faces. Megatron's optics went wide in surprise “A Quintesson” Megatron said in surprise.
“Yeah, we’re a Quintesson” one of the Quintessons five faces exclaimed and began to laugh sadistically. “Why did you abduct us?” Megatron asked sternly. “We want revenge,” one of the Quintessons' faces said sternly, causing an enraged expression to appear on Megatron’s face.
“Oh, don’t worry we're not here to seek revenge against you D-16” the Quintasons female face explained causing Megatron’s expression of anger to change to one of confusion. “But if you're not seeking revenge against me and the other Cybertronians inhabiting this planet…” Megatron began.
“Then why are you here” Megatron asked in confusion “You see me and the other Quintessons USED to rule over a planet of Sharkticons” one of the Quintesson said seriously “Yeah we ruled over it with any iron fist” one of the Quintessons other faces said sadistically. “That is until someone named Mandroid liberated the planet and nearly got us all killed” the Quintessons female face said.
“Primus damn it” Megatron muttered to himself ‘even when he’s dead he’s still finding a way to put the Autobots and Decepticons on this planet in danger’ Megatron thought to himself.
“Well Megatron, do you know him?” Quintesson asked curiously “Yes and good news for you Quintesson he’s already dead so you can let us go and I'll forget I ever saw you” Megatron said and struggled against his bindings.
“Unfortunately Megatron we can’t do that.” one of the Quintessons five faces said “We've been watching you and the Autobots on this planet and we know if we let you go you'd likely lock us up in one of those G.H.O.S.T. facilities” the Quintesson female face said emotionlessly.
“So what are you going to do to us” Megatron asked sternly “Well if we can’t take our anger out on Mandroid then we'll destroy the planet he called home, and we'll use you and these useless insects to do so” the Quintesson said and all five of the Quintessons faces smiled sadistically.
