Before Atlas died and the Lackadaisy fell from grace, there was a time when Rocky Rickaby wasn't much more than a poet and violinist for a houseband. During his time working for the Mays, his manic tendencies and unhinged spirit was a double edged sword for the organisation, and many cats would consider it a miracle that he managed to stay. If you ask him he might say it was mostly luck, but if you pry you might find the truth; That it wasn't so much a "what", but a "who".
Mayhem comes in many forms, with the good always comes the bad, and sometimes all it takes is the presence of one person to dramatically shift the lives of so many for better or worse. This is the first act in the tale of Cecyl Clearwater's tumultuos time working with the Lackadaisy, how they met the love of their life, and ultimately turned the city of St. Louis upside down.
