   Summary

   After the events of New Vegas, Arcade is found by the Enclave and brainwashed into serving as an officer. The memories of his previous life feel like a dream and among them, he can't shake the image of a man he loved when he was young. Arcade's unit is sent to scout the Commonwealth, and after a battle, he sees a familiar face.

   John's a Railroad agent. Most of this fic is about Arcade and John rekindling their relationship and trying to remember their pasts, so there's a lot of drama and fluff interspersed with some Railroad combat and the plot of Fallout 4. This one doesn't actually have an end point in mind, so it may be longer or shorter depending on what we decide. And William wanted to write MacCready again, so he's also involved a bit.
