   Summary

   Most believe there is a clown who eats the children in Derry, but the truth is that's no more than a story told to deter kids from wandering out on their own. In truth the clown is a metaphor for something much darker, and with each child that vanishes from this small town, the truth is one step closer to being revealed, but what happens when one child is found in the aftermath? What happens when he is forced to live his life after everything he's been through? What happens when his friends find out the truth that the clown in the sewers that steals children away isn't a clown at all?
