   Summary

   With the recent destruction of dragon island the Department of Interspecies Containment and Research (DICA) was established to manage and understand the misplaced dragons as well as to ensure the peaceful integration between the Humanity and Dragonkind.

   To accomplish this select few human civilians are selected as host to provide care and support to their dragon partners.

   One such host is Hiccup Horrendous Havock III who was designated to care for the hostile Subject 734.
