Summary
Elrond wishes that his cousin Thranduil weren't so angry at him for including Legolas in the Quest that he's refused to write any letters to Elrond in his own hand since the end of the War. Gandalf, on the other hand, wishes that Thranduil were too angry with him to send him any letters.
