Diluc had been there for months. He was exhausted and just wanted to go home, but Dottore decided he was the perfect subject to test his new technology on.
The redhead immediately collapsed to the ground, coughing and gasping as the mechanism around his neck squeezed tightly. His whole body shook as the shock from it continued hitting him in waves. All he could do was writhe on the ground in pain, gasping and crying out in pain
"My, my. That's very effective. It would be best if you got Capitano; he would have a field day with this technology. Is that all it can do?"
Diluc couldn't breathe. His whole body ached.
"You didn't like that, did you?" Dottore asked, as if Diluc was a small child.
He wanted to go home.

Dottore, being the cruel man that he is, makes a shock collar to control Diluc. Even when Diluc is released and the collar is removed, it still manages to affect him in ways that are out of his control.
