Summary
Hollowbrook is a beautiful town, especially in the summer. Situated on the southern edge of Connecticut, it’s an easy little town to miss. Tourists flock during the summer to enjoy the small and clean beaches, the festivals that are held, and the overall calm of the small town. During the off-season, it’s simple…everyone knows everyone and the community is tight knit.
Shane is well aware of the tourist season. It’s how the economy of the little town he has come to call home survives. It’s how his bar, The Porthole, thrives the rest of the year. The problem? Shane hates tourist season. Shane will do whatever he needs to protect his town and the people in it, and if that includes taking some people out of the equation? So be it.
Ilya doesn’t expect for Hollowbrook to be any fun, but he is a good friend. He allows his good pal (and accomplice) Troy to stay with his long-term boyfriend for the summer. He discovers that the closest thing to a club within a 40 mile radius is a hole-in-the-wall bar called The Porthole. What he doesn’t expect, however, is that the owner of said bar is an extremely attractive man with the most gorgeous freckles he’s ever seen. Maybe his summer won’t be so bad after all…

It’s embarrassing, you know?” Shane whimpered, simply confirming the man’s words. “Do you want to get fuck?
