2 fics in the series. Complete for now. Maybe a couple of added ficlets if the muse strikes.
SPOILERS AHEAD ! ! ! Cute and fluffy.
1) Minister Shacklebolt acting on a request from MACUSA, sends Harry Potter to rescue Sam Winchester. MACUSA told Shack that Sam and Dean were Legacies of the Men of Letters. Shack and Harry both thought that the brothers were in on Wixen existance, per Harry's universe. Harry had to drop Sam off outside the bunker with very little explanation because he had to get Teddy. When Harry goes back to explain things, Dean is all for ganking the 'witch.' Dean was sure Harry'd done something nefarious to Sam. Slowly but surely Harry started to make progress with the brothers. Popping in frequently, working around Teddy's schedule. Harry's repeated comments that Teddy got upset when Harry wasn't home, or was late. Slowly caused the brothers to believe Harry was in a toxic relationship.oSam wants to stage an intervention to get Harry away from Teddy. Dean insists Sam's plan would be a kidnapping. Harry overheard the end of that discussion. He got them to admit they were concerned about Teddy. Harry pushed for them to meet Teddy before finalizing their plans. The Winchester were shocked when Harry arrived with Teddy, his son!
2) Luna sends her patronus to Harry, saying Draco was in trouble again. The Winchester brothers were concerned when the patronus entered the bunker and went straight to Harry. Harry explained the patronus briefly, telling them he had to go help. Just as Harry was about to apparate, the brothers both latched on to him, and went along 'for backup.' Harry rescued Draco, Neville, and two kids that appeared to be with Neville. Draco told Dean and Harry to stop pining and get their acts together, and that headlock up Teddy.
Author says there could be more if the muse cooperates.

GREAT STORY. UNFORTUNATELY UNFINISHED ! !
SOOILERS AHEAD. Supernatural crossover.Sirius Black, arranged with the Goblins to have some post mortem letters delivered. One to Harry Potter, and one to Bobby Singer. Harry's had instructions to get away from Privet Drive and use an enclosed port key. For once Harry followed instructions and landed in Gringotts Bank.
Bobby's asked him to contact Sam and Dean and to explain the truth to them. The truth being that John Winchester was actually Regulus Black in deep hiding with the help of his big bro, Sirius. Poor Bobby was left holding the bag in explaining to the pair of hunters that they were magicals, Sirius was their uncle, the war in Britain and so forth. Dean is the rightful Lord Black, Sammy the Heir. They need to get to Jolly Old England, and get it all straightened out with Gringotts. Meanwhile Harry's informed of the Winchester Brothers, and both parties were asked, by Sirius' instructions to have each other's backs. It all gets pretty complicated, what with Harry going through magical maturity, getting healed, having blocks and compulsions lifted, accepting the Potter Lordship, accepting the chance to retake his O.W.L.s and learning about his lordship responsibilities, how to act...manners, protocol proper ways to speak, etc. And finally getting to know his American relatives. Sam and Dean undergo similar stuff. They also had semi permanent glamour
removed, Sam ends up with dark hair and blue eyes. More Black traits come forward. Unblocking of their magical cores, getting wands, and starting learning about their heritage, learning how to do magic, meeting Remus and Harry, etc.
Wills are unsealed and read. The Potters', Sirius'.Albus is furious that Sirius got guardianship of Harry. He and Molly will be facing goblin justice for stealing from Harry's vaults. In trying to regain some control, he hires Sam and Dean for DADA, who accept if Cats is part of the deal. At opening feast Albus announces that Harry Potter will be a teaching assistant to the newbie teachers. Remus and Harry are teaching Sam and Dean, who are teaching students. Feelings develope. All involved parties feeling they don't stand a chance. Harry's scar is dealt with, and goblins were hired to collect and destroy the other horcruxes.
Miscellaneous additional info. Magicals called Magi by Castiel's people.
Magi can kill demons.
Gabriel is involved with Crowley.
Harry hires Dobby and Winky (don't tell Hermione)
Courting contracts filed to thwart Albus and Ministry. Harry with Sam, Dean, and Cas.

Summary
A story of what-if? and Angel time-travel. After Mary's death at the hands of Azazel, John Winchester was an army corporal without an army. He found a group of like-minded hunters and, instead of going off on his own carting his boys behind, he used their team intelligence to strike their enemy hard. It only takes one night to eliminate Azazel and his family of demons.
The promise he made to find Mary's killer was finally fulfilled. Unfortunately, a six-year-old Dean witnessed it all and not understanding, does what he's trained to do... he took Sammy outside as fast as he could and never looked back.

This is Supernatural reimagined. An AU where things stayed remarkably similar to what we already knew. This story starts when Dean is and Sammy is 2. John is still obsessed with killing the yellow eyed demon that killed his wife. He has a good lead. Dean's babysitter and his best friend had been possessed by demons. He has then tied up in the trunk of his car. He's called in hunter back-up. He plans on getting intel from them on his target's location. An expectant Ellen Harvelle came alone. She was to keep an eye on Dean and Sammy while John persuaded (tortured) his prisoners for information. When Ellen went to use the bathroom, Dean went looking for his daddy. He was in time to see daddy shoot his babysitter and his best friend in the back of their heads point blank. Dean was suddenly afraid of his father. He did as he'd been trained. He took Sammy and ran. The local sheriff Owen Mills was riding his patrol and was shocked to see two children walking down the road. He stayed calm and got them to sit in his cruiser where it was warmer. He shared his thermos of hot chocolate with them, and asked their names and where their parents were. He got their first names and that mommy died in the fire. Owen asked about their father. Dean managed to tell him that daddy had killed his friend before he broke down sobbing. Once Owen had him somewhat calm, Dean was able to tell him the name of the motel. Owen called in back-up, and informed that he had two minors with him. John Winchester and his Hunter buddies were gone, but the bodies, blood and gore remained. Owen decided to bring the boys home with him, sure his wife and daughter would be ok with it under the circumstances. Maggie and Jody took to the two boys immediately. The Mills family ended up adopting them. Time jump. Jody became a sheriff like her papa. Sammy got a full scholarship to Stanford and Dean was an FBI agent. Thing hit a rough patch. Dean's latest case involved an newborn stolen from the hospital. The nurse who did it was found brutally murdered afterwards. It looked ritualistic, possibly satanic. Dean's team included Garth Fitzgerald, Charlie Bradbury and Benny Lefitte. The case hit Dean hard. Flashbacks to what he saw John do when he was six. Jody's son Owen was in hospital dying from cancer. It was tearing Dean apart that he couldn't do anything to help. He's approached by Crowley who offers him a deal. Owen cured and promised a long healthy life in exchange for Dean's soul in ten years. Dean eventually accepts just to get away from the nutcase. But dean says he doesn't need ten years, just enough time to capture John Winchester! Owen has a miraculous recovery. Dean is terrified about what he'd done. John is captured, and Dean's boss shoots him dead on live TV. Dean spends 4 months in hell being tortured, and promised that it would atop if he started doing the torturing. Dean's POV, he didn't break until 30 years had gone by. Finally he's rescued by Castiel's garrison. He had to dig himself out of his grave. He meets Cas, gets a crash course in the supernatural, and freaks out a lot. Dean finds that his boss had been possessed when he killed him, and realized John wasn't a crazed serial killer. With Cas' help he breaks them both out of a federal supermax prison. They hide out in the Mills' family cabin. Meanwhile Sam finds out his girlfriend Ruby has been drugging him. Both of our boys meet Bobby Singer. Sam gets steered to the Roadhouse and meets Ellen and Jo Harvelle. They all find out about the impending apocalypse. The Angels want it to happen. Crowley doesnt. Sides are drawn up, and loyalties are tested. Alegencies are changed back and forth. Dean is meant to be Michael's vessel and Sammy is slated to be Lucifer's meat suit. Dean spilling blood in hell broke the first seal. So only Dean can stop it by killing Lilith. If Sam does it, it's game over. Dean is successful. Crowley becomes King of Hell. He 'fixes s things so Dean was deep undercover to get John's cult taken down. Dean becomes famous, hounded by paparazzi. Castiel was promoted to Seraphim. Cas returns his vessel to Jimmy Novak. He takes Jimmy's dying cousin for his new vessel, and asks Dean to come along. Cas' new vessel is a very pretty woman around Dean's age. Sam returns to Stanford Law School. Both of the Harvelle's were killed. Benny buys the Roadhouse, now the Cajun Roadhouse. Charlie shows up. Between them, the Roadhouse becomes the new hub of hunter activity. Dean's old boss, still FBI, works with them. The Milligan's move across the street from the Mills family.

Suddenly Dean finds himself dealing with evil wizards, broomsticks, Bat-Bogey Hexes, Dementors, mirrors which order him to wear a pointy hat, and much more - all the while trying not to think too much about Luna's last name and whether it's accurate.
