Summary
In the dead of Antarctic winter, a man and his mysterious cargo arrive at NSF Outpost #32. His name is Dr. Daniel Cain, and he's just survived a massacre he attributes to a monster.
Two days earlier, Herbert West and his partner Cain re-animate a victim of the Miskatonic Antarctic Research Expedition to investigate a grisly attack. They learn that there's something with them on the ice—and it comes from a place no human has been before.
A Re-Animator flavored tribute to The Thing and At the Mountains of Madness.

Summary
Crowley didn't look up immediately when he heard the shop door open; he was just in the middle of finishing off a complicated bouquet, and the blasted ribbon was being difficult about things.
"Just a sec," he said, scowling as the end slipped away from him again.
There was a pause. And then a voice, softly, "There you are."
An unusual customer walks into Anthony Crowley's flower shop with a very specific request. AU, series, complete, angst with a happy ending.
(Series Summary: For three centuries, Crowley has been reincarnated over and over as a human with no memory of his past. Aziraphale has tried to find a way to restore him to his true self, but all he seems to do is hurt them both. This time, he only means to steal a brief moment when he walks into Crowley's flower shop. But Crowley can't let it go...)

Summary
“It smells kind of like you,” Nandor says. Calmly, casually, practically a shrug, like that isn’t the most vulnerable and intimate thing Guillermo has heard in days--weeks--years.
And then, to his absolute horror, Guillermo feels the traitorous pricking of tears at the corners of his eyes. Nandor has leaned away, but he’s still closer than he was before, fanning the surface of Guillermo’s skin with his gentle breath.
Guillermo will not cry. He will not cry.
He can laugh about this. He’s not entirely human--he’s allowed to laugh at this.
So he does what his body knows best, and he bites down with an unprecedented savagery on the inside of his cheek. The familiar and comforting warmth of his own blood flows onto his tongue before he can realize his stupidity.
“Guillermo,” Nandor says. Low. Throaty. “Why do you do that?”
--
Or: Guillermo's guilt grows with him from the moment he realizes he's different. Something between ordinary and inhuman. Then Nandor comes into his life, all danger and love, and Guillermo begins to think he can finally feel alive.Series
