“Gimhae kilo-one-three,” a voice suddenly booms through the speaker. “This is runner seven from Miryang kilo-two-five.”
Taehyung takes in a sharp breath, like all the air in the room is suddenly gone.
It is a crackling audio, it has been over two years since he last heard that voice, but Taehyung is certain he recognises it.
Runner seven from base Miryang K-25 is Jeon Jungkook, Taehyung is sure of that.
OR, after two years of what can only be described as a zombie apocalypse, Taehyung hears the voice of his boyfriend, who he thought dead, speaking to him from the outside.
