Summary
Martin forms a ritual of bringing Jon tea, day after day.
It’s no surprise, then, that after some time, their fingers accidentally brush. Initially, Jon isn’t even aware that it had even happened, mistaking Martin’s warmth for that of the tea, and thanking him without another thought. It’s not until a few minutes later, halfway through the mug, that they realize what had happened.
Against their better judgement, the next time Martin brings tea, it isn’t an accident when Jon’s fingers brush his.

Do you like lonelyeyes? Do you like parental lonelyeyes?! Then this is the place for you. In this story we have two single dads figuring shit out and falling in love while looking after their cute kiddos while their families and friends have to see them pine for each other.
Later during the day, when he is about to park home after picking up the kids, he sees a moving truck at the house next to theirs. Jon and Tim instantly stick their chocolate covered faces to the window, curious little things, to watch.
Peter stares a little too, but ultimately he makes them go inside. Better to let whoever is moving in their own space and not hover like a weirdo. Their last neighbour was not very happy with his kids' tendencies to watch people and cause trouble. But to be fair to them, even Peter thought that Jurgen was an annoying prick.Chapter 9 on wednesday and chapter 10 on friday so we can close off the year with a bang

Summary
Tim and Martin are absolutely adorable together, having been a couple even before they were both moved to the archives to be archival assistants. They helped each other and spoiled each other, Sasha even gifted Tim with a memory book she made together with Martin for his birthday. This Martin was soft and lovely in every possible way, loved to knit and often baked cookies and cake to make Tim feel better.
Those were Tim's daydreams, in reality this Martin didn't exist. Martin is cold, distant and could even be considered rude. He had no idea why he used the name Martin for someone so lovely in his daydreams about a perfect relationship when he and this guy had never been together. It was awful, at least he had his best friend at his side.

Jon isn't dead. If he keeps telling himself that, he might believe it.
Tim is dead. No matter how much the world and the voice in his head say he's not, he doesn't believe them. But at least here in death Sasha is alive and well.
Nobody could have come out of the Unknowing alive. The police had told Martin there were no bodies, so where on Earth had Jon and Tim gone? Why has Helen taken it upon themselves to haunt the archives, with cryptic riddles and a Cheshire cat grin?
When the world as you know it is created from the very depths of your mind, doors can lead to more than just corridors and stories from childhood can become solid and real. Tim hasn't gone mad, he's just fallen down a rabbit hole and stumbled into Wonderland.
Jon isn't lost. He knows exactly where he needs to be, and he will find a way back to Martin even if he has to trapse the entirety of the deep, dark woods to do so. He made a promise. All he needs to do is find a familiar yellow door.

It was not because of Prince Martin that Jon signed the contract. Jon could admit to himself that regardless of their childhood friendship he barely knew the man now. He was pining after a stranger whose life he saved, and he was not such a hopeless romantic that he would truly throw over everything for a Prince.
Jon wasn’t certain that he loved Prince Martin, but he was certain that he loved the humans. The study of them absorbed him wholly. If all he got out of this contract was a lifetime of mutely watching the humans, it would be more than a fair trade. That there was the possibility of True Love with a handsome prince thrown into the bargain was… what was the human term? Icing on the muffin? No, that didn’t sound right. What even was a muffin?
He shook off the thoughts, eyed the eight-limbed woman floating in the grotto, holding the contract. Could he really do this?
“Go on,” Annabelle said. “Your future awaits.”
Thinking of sunlight and sand, of poetry and muffins and the thousand things he was sure to learn on the first day, Jon took the quill and reached out and signed his name.
Annabelle’s smile was broad, white teeth flashing brightly. “A merman no more. You won’t regret this.”

When he arrives in Bournemouth though he is shocked to find out that Georgie’s best man is no one else but Jon Sims, who Martin had hoped to never see again in his life. Jon is just as unhappy to see Martin again. To not ruin Georgie’s and Melanie’s big day they strike a deal to pretend to be strangers and to act civil. Of course, this and so many other things for the wedding do not go according to plan.

Summary
Elias Bouchard was a terrible person first, ruler of the Underworld second, all-knowing Avatar of the Eye third, and father to Jon last, if ever. Their relationship is awful, to put it mildly. Jon has spent his life living within the halls of the Magnus Institute, never once seeing what lies beyond.
Fighting his way out of Tartarus is no easy feat. He is marked by each of the Fears as he comes into contact with them and though he is cut down time and time again, he grows stronger with every death.

Summary
Martin Blackwood is many things: a poet, a boyfriend, a son, a caretaker… and, though he doesn’t want to admit it, an Archivist. The knowledge sits heavy in him, but he does not ask Jon for confirmation.
As he ascends the steps of the tower at the beginning of the end of the ruined world to kill the Archive, he wonders if ignorance can be bliss even if it's feigned.
Another take on MAG200 told through memories, statements, and the realization that even a monster will burn if doused in love like gasoline.
