Summary
Allison hadn’t seen him since Vanya decided to air their dirty laundry to the world, and he was fun to bitch with... “Wanna go gossip over some drinks, my treat?” she playfully invited. Okay, fine, maybe she knew trying to lure an alcoholic into spending time with her by promising free drinks wasn’t exactly morally sound - but she really wanted to talk shit about Vanya. Klaus squinted at her like he was trying to work out if her offer was some kind of trick. “Okay?..” he finally mumbled “Just give me twenty minutes?”

Summary
Looking down at her, he wondered something he hadn’t been able to stop thinking about for 10 months. Would she have powers? He hoped not. It’s not like anyone had any experience with this kind of thing. Was it genetic like a disease? That seemed like an accurate way to describe powers after all, an affliction. Hopefully she’d have a power like the others, an optional one. One she’d have to choose to yield. Not something she would be constantly bombarded with, either dying from it or having to drown it out with dangerous chemicals like he and Klaus. The thought made him shudder.

Summary
“I know Ben would love her, if he were here...” Klaus supposed this was the nearest he could get to telling Allison. Ben definitely loved Claire, that was evident from him having a near panic attack about Klaus holding her. “We were gonna call her Ben, if she’d been a boy.” Allison glumly admitted, making Klaus tear his eyes from Claire to frown at Allison. “He’d have liked that. I mean, I assume he’d have liked that.” he clumsily replied. Allison smiled gloomily, looking tearful. Klaus glanced back down to Claire, feeling guilty that he’d never actually lost Ben like they had. “She’s prettier than you, but I’m still the prettiest.” he vainly quipped, wanting to quickly change the subject.

Summary
“She’s a sweet kid, you’re clearly a great mommy.” Diego kept his tone light so Claire couldn’t tell he was making a jibe at her mom. Allison glowered at him pettily, not looking confident for once in her life. “Thanks, Diego. That’s nice of you to say, but you’re not a parent. It isn’t really your place.” Allison tried to defend rumoring her daughter with fake chirpiness, briefly glancing to Claire to check she hadn’t realised they were having a subtle argument. “Maybe, but I guess some things are obvious, even if you aren’t a parent yourself.” Diego shrugged smugly. He could undetectably bicker all day. Bring it on.

Summary
“And what about that one?” Claire grinned with curiosity, gently poking the scar on Diego’s eyebrow. “A bad guy.” Diego quickly lied, definitely not going to admit he accidentally gave it to himself. This trip was the first time he’d ever met Claire, he wanted to become the cool uncle. That little tidbit would tarnish that reputation irreparably. “What bad guy?” Claire’s eyes grew wide with intense fascination. Diego’s eyes grew wide too, except his were because he was a terrible liar. Shit.

Summary
Allison’s brothers were clearly having some sort of muffled bickering match down the line. It was tempting to just rumor them into shutting up. “Claire’s waiting.”
“Now you’re making her wait.” Diego hypocritically reprimanded Klaus, pointing to the phone at his ear. “I’m making her wait?! You threw your keys at my nose!” Klaus yelled incredulously, still melodramatically rubbing at his face. The thought of their niece waiting for them to shut up was depressing. Diego knew how excited Claire got when he had met her, she was likely just as excited to speak to Klaus.

Summary
“I’m moving, Luther. I got a role in LA, a big role. I’m going there for... well, forever hopefully”, her smile becoming sadder and more forced with each word. Luther stopped mid chew to try and let the news sink in. He hadn’t seen her much since she left, but he sought comfort in knowing she was always in the city. He shakily chugged his glass of milk, placing it down and frowning with a milk moustache. Allison had to bite her lip to stop herself giggling.

Summary
“did somebody hurt you?” His hand was resting on one of his knives. She paused, initially to get over the shock of seeing Diego, especially when he’d wound her up so much. But on thinking about it, she realised Diego was the only sibling who could somewhat understand... an irritating part of her brain reminded her that Ben would too, but Ben was d-

Summary
After the book release, Vanya had received some crank calls regarding her family. She was sick of it. “I have a student soon - I don’t have time for prank calls. So unless you wanna book in for lessons, I’m gonna hang up.” she sternly gave her usual statement, wishing people would grow tired of doing this. “No, Vanya it’s actually Allison.” she explained quickly, before Vanya could just hang up on her. It definitely wasn’t Allison. “When we were kids we started a no boys allowed club... but they ruined it when Klaus insisted he join, then Diego said it was sexist,” Holy shit, it was Allison. “And Luther told on us to dad.” Vanya and Allison said in unison.

Summary
“Please don’t be about the book.” Allison chanted under her breath as she picked up the phone.
“Have you read it?” her brother bluntly questioned as soon as she held the phone to her ear. “Hello to you too, Diego.” she passive aggressively greeted, annoyed that it was in fact about the book. “Hello, Allison Hargreeves. It’s a privilege to speak to one of the Hollywood elite.” her brother replied with much the same attitude, except worse.

Summary
Watching One and Two have a testosterone fuelled bickering match, Klaus wished Allison would get married every year so they’d have an excuse to reunite. Why wasn’t Diego mentioning Luther being in love with his sister? That would be such a great comeback. Ugh, the dramatics it would cause... Klaus was ecstatic just imagining it. “Maybe I’m a daddy’s boy, but you’re a robot’s boy.” Luther smugly retorted to Diego’s insult about him being daddy’s little soldier. This was the highlight of Klaus’ entire year. Maybe the entire decade, and it was only the beginning of it. “Meow! You crossed the line there, Luther. I think you should hit him, Diego!”
