Tifa stands at her side, trying not to laugh. “You think? Just a little bit?”
Aeris frowns at her. “Don’t make fun. I’m new to being a witch, after all.” She leans down to pick up her familiar Cait Sith with a huff.
“Sorry to interrupt, but shouldn’t I be the one complaining here?” Cloud calls out from in the bathtub they’ve relocated him to, tapping his fingernails against the edge of the tub as his long, shimmery blue-green tail thumps at the same time much like an aggravated cat’s tail might.

Cloud drops his head back against the stone, looking skyward only to remember the wings, staring at them with a frown. “Well, I’m definitely still cursed,” he says dryly, wondering how he can never have peace in his undead life.
Sephiroth doesn’t move from where he’s hovering over Cloud, watching him with those unsettling eyes. He doesn’t blink once. It’s likely possible he can’t.
Cloud shifts, resting a hand against the warm red stone behind him, as he looks to Sephiroth, having a strange feeling he’s not out of this ridiculous situation just yet. But he hopes for it anyway, muttering, “So, uh, you can go now. Bye.”
