It has been two weeks since the end of the Infernus battle. As far as Saps knows, everything is at peace now. The war was won, both islands are quiet, and all those who caused chaos lie dead in the ground. A place from which they can never bother anyone again.
So tell him why. Why, of all things that could have happened, is his best friend... The same one whose memorial stands in front of Saps house, the same one Saps was sure was dead, now lying half-awake at his doorstep, begging for help?
Flux never begs.
What happened after Flux "died" in lava during the volcano raid?
And how, will Saps deal with it?
This fanfic was first written only with the intention to make Flux cry just to later have an excuse to give him comfort with lots of cuddles. But as i keep writing it, it turned into a somewhat sweet comedy with lots of silly fighting and bickering! So i hope you enjoy this small break from all the angst in this fandom and embrace the cuddles, fluff and everything nice (*˘︶˘*).｡*♡Series

It's been two months since the gruesome Infernus war that took away so many lives and forever scarred anybody remaining on the sister islands.
Two months since the leader of the whole operation, the main villain of the story, had perished in the boiling-hot lava of the terrifying volcano.
So tell him why, why, after so many sleepless nights spent grieving that wretched asshole, had Saps found him alive and breathing on his doorstep? Begging, of all things, for him to end his life..?
Flux, he knew, never begged.
A story exploring what happened after Flux “died” during the volcano raid, following his healing journey and Saparata's god-awful crush and even worse ideas on how to deal with said feelings.
IMPORTANT! This story (as the name suggests) is a rewrite of my first-ever fanfic! If you’re interested in how the story goes beyond the first chapter, you can find the original as part one to this fic! This is just a silly project to see how my writing has improved/changed across the 1-year mark I spent writing fanfics, as well as to fix some minor plot holes/add details <3
