Summary
No older than sixteen, Haytham Kenway is dragged along to America for the first time. Somewhere other than boring old London. But Birch has him on a tight leash with wanting him by his side all the time.
And at such a young age, Haytham's curiosity has not been tamed yet. So he wonders off wanting to take in the new things. And a new thing is a young boy he runs into that calls himself, Shay.

When the house was attacked by a bunch of gang members, pushing Barry onto the floor, breaking the dishes and terrifying Cassidy. Even when they were chased away, after receiving a beating from your wounded patient, the threats that they left behind crawled inside your head and burned fear into your heart. Cassidy believed that it would be the safest if you were to remain with them, but you thought otherwise. You had never considered yourself to be the bravest soul, and thus, you ran from the danger.

Summary
They worked in the dark to serve the light. But the world hasn't seen the light for seventy years because of their abortive plan.
The Assassins officially no longer exist. After the Templars got all the Pieces of Eden, darkness consumed the world. With the power to destroy everything in their way, the Templars liquidated their opponents. And finally, after seven years of fighting off the Brotherhood, they stood at the very top of the Earth's leadership. The world was at the Templars' feet. Many new laws were innovated and many old ones were abolished so everything would fit the Order's code. Suddenly, there were units from the Templar army controlling everyone and everything all over the world. And whoever tried to protest was deprived of occupation, freedom or even life.
When the Assassins tried to overthrow the Templar government in 2099, a tragedy struck. In the last desperate attempt to stop the Templars, the Brotherhood destroyed all the Pieces of Eden. That set off a wave of electromagnetic energy all over the Globe, which left Earth almost inhabitable.
It is the year 2169, seventy years after the Disaster. And the world is currently living in darkness and chaos.

This is a collection of one-shots and snapshots of events in the 'Uncle-Shay Universe', where Ratonhnhake:ton does not follow the same path of vengeance, Haytham is learning what feelings mean and thinking maybe fatherhood isn't that bad, and Shay is - of course - an uncle. This AU has a lot less toxic relationships, a bit more open communication, and a hearty helping of comedy (in most cases).

Summary
Haytham and Shay find documents that hint towards a possible precursor site, but the clues are hidden within cave paintings and drawings done by the First Peoples. Without a sure way to translate the material, Shay reaches out to Haytham's estranged son, Ratonhnhake:ton, to aid them on this expedition. Through blizzards and bickering, the trio manages to discover a site deep in the mountain caves unlike anything they've seen before, but as Haytham tramples through the cave system, he unleashes a curse that has the three of them scrambling to reset before its too late.
