Sunny hadn't meant to push Basil, really!
He just- Basil hadn't been letting him leave to go practice for the recital, and he was acting really possessive and kind of insane, and it scared him, and-
Basil isn't moving. He's not moving, and Sunny can't tell if he's breathing or not, and he's scared. He didn't mean for this to happen. Basil's fine, he has to be, right?
Kel seems to think otherwise. Sunny's not sure when he got here, but he's telling Sunny that if the others find out, he'll get hurt. Sunny doesn't want to get hurt. So he does what Kel says, but now he feels like he made everything worse.

(AU) One minute, Sunny is lying in his hospital bed after his encounter with Basil. In the next, he's falling to his death, unaware as to why. The only thing he saw before he died was Omori, staring him down with a demonic smile on his face from above. Sunny thought that he was going to die alone, and that it was all over. Little did he know, it had only just begun.

(Now this is called Myosotis AU or Myo AU! because I haven't seen a Sunny/Mari AU yet, much less with Hero/Kel)
Basil was crushed to death trying to keep the shadow behind Sunny from committing a mistake. Nobody but the involved knows.
Sunny does the concert with his sister, unable to do anything else but be stuck in his head and move a borrowed violin, but at home, he can feel the stare on his back at all times, so Mari does her best as his older sister to soothe him and forget the pain.
