Every inhabitant of Quesadilla has lost any memories of the lives they had before arriving. Save for Philza, who has kept all of his recollections of his past life, the only one who has.
Waking up with a start from yet another flashback to the day his hand was forced to slay Wilbur on the morning of The Federation's election dinner; Phil can't shake this deep seated feeling of dread for the upcoming event as he reminisces on his past lives and the people he's loved.
