Summary
Mario enters a raffle, thinking that he's going to earn free spaghetti, but instead he signs up for a free trip to the Mushroom Kingdom Beach Resort, complete with a limo and everything. He didn't think he'd actually win, but now he has the opportunity to invite all his closest friends and three more additional people, who he picks on a whim. As tensions between the crew and the three anti-heroes rise, secrets come to light and feelings are caught, making everyone confused. Will their trip be as fun as they all originally thought, or will it end in disaster?

“Here you go,” Three chimed once it was done, handing it to his meme guardian counterpart. Their gloved hands brushed against one another for a second, leaving SMG3’s stomach churning nervously.

His body fell to the ground, landing at the feet of Mr. Puzzles. The TV man grinned with his twisted smile, grabbing Three by the foot and carrying him into the night.

Or: Now that he had escaped the Insane Asylum, Mr. Puzzles wants to seek revenge on SMG4 for causing him a lot of trouble. So, he decides to take SMG3 and turn him into his little puppet.

SMG3 had been quietly playing video games in the castle’s gaming room when he suddenly got a strange, unwelcoming feeling that something was deeply wrong. It felt like his meme guardian senses were tingling, but this time, they felt very grim, dire.
He paused the game and looked down with faint worry, when suddenly, there was a loud bang as the castle’s main doors were thrown open. He heard Mario screaming.
Three quickly got off the couch and exited the gaming room to find Mario out of breath with SMG4 in his arms. Then he noticed his meme guardian counterpart’s condition.

Despite agreeing to work on their collective meme powers together sometime, SMG4 and SMG3 never made an attempt to actually practice them since the two dudes kept forgetting to do it. SMG1 and SMG2 took notice of this, much to their disappointment.
The two meme guardians wanted their fellow successors to dominate their powers like they had, so they hatched a plan that would pretty much push them to practice together and eventually work as a team with their meme powers.
