Footsteps gnaw through the deep corridors of the ornate hallway bathed in the short night, focusing solely on walking through them.
Endless decorations were the doors where other Dornishmen and he alone could only imagine, mingling with the shadows that offered him at least a respite from the bustling day and tiring duties. He sought refuge in the darkness as a small comfort, gazing at the distant moon that never changed with the years, and allowing himself, for brief moments, to yearn to go back and be just himself and his selfish heart.

““库洛姆，一定要试试这个！我之前偶然发现的，感觉就像要融化在夜空里一样哦。”神威完全仰起头，面朝不断落雨的天空。库洛姆也学着他的样子，在雨中睁眼。夜空漆黑一片，密集的雨点仿佛来自亘古的无尽黑暗，下坠的雨点带来黑暗主动迫近的错觉。
而现在，透过狙击镜，万事看见那巨物停顿片刻后缓缓仰起头，面朝不断落雨的天空。在那冰冷的五官上，似乎涌现出一丝绝望的平静、疲惫的释然，仿佛遍历无数苦楚——只为了在万事的注视下，沐浴在这场大雨中。”

A encrypted order from Hassan sends him to Sector 043: investigate the missing of a commandant. What he finds is a diary of loneliness, five bullets in a loyal Tank’s back, and a final audio begging someone, anyone, to remember his name. Chrome almost made the same choice once.
Then memory floods back, scalding: Wanshi forcing the last bottle of supply between his lips, Kamui driving into him hard enough to bend alloy while sandstorms howl, Camu’s voice refusing to hang up when he listens to a dying Construct’s truth.
Strike Hawk is still waiting.
Chrome straightens his cracked shoulders. Every worthy road is a road home. He steps toward the next battlefield, toward them.

但他一次又一次走向库洛姆。如果只有彻底崩溃才能让库洛姆感到片刻平静，如果库洛姆连崩溃的自由也只能向自己索取……只有二十分钟，万事安慰自己。二十分钟后，他就会撤去所有镣铐，他会注射中和剂、停止库洛姆的疼痛，他会把库洛姆好好拼凑起来。
所以，在这二十分钟的幕间时间，他来陪库洛姆下地狱。”

Twenty minutes. That's the narrow curtain between Chrome's suffocating post-war duties.
“Next time, Wanshi had twenty minutes to crash into the lonely depths of Chrome. The suit trousers were folded with meticulous precision and set aside, while their owner lay back with thighs splayed wide.The time after that, Wanshi simply straddled his captain’s desire in brazen irreverence. The doctor rose and fell, again and again kissing those same dazed blue optic lenses.
Some days later, a parcel arrived from Chrome: sensory amplifiers, restraint straps, a vibrating rod, electro-stimulation needles… Every week Chrome appeared in the maintenance bay. He only folded his suit away with meticulous care, picked one up, and asked Wanshi for another twenty minutes.
Yet Wanshi walked toward Chrome again and again. If total collapse was the only way Chrome could taste a moment’s peace, if Chrome could only demand the freedom to shatter from him… Only twenty minutes, Wanshi told himself. After twenty minutes he would remove every shackle, inject the neutralizer, stop Chrome’s pain, and piece him back together properly.
So, in this twenty-minute intermission, he would accompany Chrome to hell.”

They promised Chrome ten minutes of waiting.
Through the consciousness link, every slow, deliberate thrust Camu offers to Wanshi becomes Chrome’s own while he’s locked to the chair, untouched and unraveling. By the time Chrome stumbles in, he’s already come apart twice on Wanshi’s pleasure alone.When Chrome finally enters Wanshi, the link turns them into one trembling Gymnopédie: two bodies rocking at the same languorous tempo, fourfold pleasure rising like incense, gold and white limbs entwined in reverent communion. They come undone together, slowly, slowly, until no one can tell whose climax is whose.
This is Strike Hawk’s ritual: no you, no me, only us; swaying in shared divinity, cradled in each other’s arms long after the final note fades into quiet, sun-warmed stillness.

Beneath the cold calculus, they recognize the same unyielding core in the other, and that recognition burns brighter than any victory.
"Abruptly, Wanshi ascent jerked to a halt. His shoulder sank under sudden weight. He whipped his head around and met burning, emotionless blue lenses—The Smith family monster had pole-vaulted up to the second floor using a streetlamp as a staff.
…This really wasn’t the dagger duel Wanshi had imagined, either."

库洛姆头一次见到穿上礼服的万事，可惜在共赴的宴会上他无暇欣赏，眼前的权贵们为史密斯之名而来，他不得不一杯接一杯地咽下平时绝不碰的拟酒精电解液。
突击鹰的狙击手把这一切都看在眼里，并为他而来。一些虚构的紧急信息，一些医生的建议，一些饮酒赔罪的强硬……万事救出了库洛姆，就像在战场上无数次做过的那样。在走廊上库洛姆与他并肩而行，注意到万事眼中的缱绻，以及自己的渴望。
“他现在，算是，搂着万事？而那人正在自己怀里戏谑轻笑，金色的光镜微微有水汽。这金色的视线唤起了他今晚某些电光石火的感触，拟酒精型电解液带来的麻痹感令人不知畏缩，于是库洛姆没有松手也没有退后，他也直直望进万事眼中。
“你盯了我一晚上。”
陈述句。从队长口中说出来，一种被看穿、被钉住的感觉化为酥麻迅速窜过万事的脊椎。他被这股酥麻钉在原地，只能望向那双蓝色的光镜，那是暴风雨前的平静吗？这反而让万事更想掀些风浪。“是。”他答，一边不着痕迹地下探手掌，去握住库洛姆扶在自己腰上的手，同时一条腿挤进库洛姆两腿之间，“现在我好像醉了。怎么办呢？库洛姆。”
稍后，被按在台球桌上、被自己的围巾堵住嘴、被从背后骑得颠簸迷离的万事将会轻笑——庆贺这一次出逃，庆贺他们共享的一番风味。

This is one of my FAVORITE, MOST PROUDED works.
Chrome spends the banquet trapped in Smith’s mask—smiling, toasting, suffocating. Wanshi sees it, fakes an emergency, and pulls him free.
In the corridor, one quiet message: “Supply closet?” Chrome reads it, meets golden eyes that have watched him all night with unspoken hunger, and answers with a single step forward.
The door locks. Over the billiard table, the captain who never wavers pins his rescuer down, scarf-gagged, and takes what both of them have wanted for years.
Pseudo-champagne strips away restraint; every thrust is Chrome seeing straight through Wanshi’s teasing to the raw, aching love beneath, and giving it back twice as hard.
When Wanshi comes apart, Chrome lets him ruin the dress whites on purpose, a silent yes to everything finally said aloud—the teammate who always watches finally gets to lead Chrome somewhere duty can’t reach. -

He thinks if he gives enough, the hollow place inside won't echo so loudly.
What he doesn't expect is Kamui's trembling arms, Camu's possessive claws, and Chrome seeing straight through the drugged smile into the loneliness underneath. Turns out their wish is him; unraveling, sobbing, held so tightly the loneliness can't fit between them anymore.
Tonight, the Support Type learns that some wishes are meant to be turned back on him; hard, deep, and with devastating tenderness. -

“万事从贴身的小兜里拿出一管精致的针剂，弹了弹针管。库洛姆还没来得及阻止，片刻前还像烂泥似的这人，就以肌肉记忆的熟练动作往自己脖子上扎了下去。他任库洛姆把空针管拿走，一边自嘲地低笑起来：“啊，打了两针……好像有点太多了。怎么办啊，队长。”万事身上的每个元件都在散发出致命的邀请气息。那种微妙的疲倦感，仿佛蕴含着某种柔韧，能顺从地承受最疯狂的想象……克己的好队长终于颤抖着把万事仰面压倒在办公桌上。
疯狂的飨足过后，库洛姆在万事胸前一吻，安静地说下去：“只要跟大家待在一起，我就很开心了，但你在寂寞吗，万事？
我可以再抱紧一点。””
