His back hit the wall behind him, and he whimpered in pain as his precious feathers fell to the ground. Black surrounded the edge of his vision as he struggled to pull himself off the ground.
“I warned you,” Cucurucho repeated.
Phil tried to force words out of his mouth. Nothing came but an ugly sob and tears streaming down his face. He wanted to scream so bad, to call for help. Maybe, just maybe, they’d come.
But the cell wall slid shut, and so did his door to freedom.

As soon as he opened the door there she was, Tallulah his little girl. He smiled and hugged her tightly.
Tallulah took a second before she hugged him back just as tight.

“There is absolutely nothing between us.” Bad adds. “I do not feel anything towards Foolish.”
Foolish pauses, his expression crumpling, “For some reason I feel like I should be offended by that.”
Where Cellbit and Jaiden come to find out Foolish and Bad had a more complicated history than they thought.

This fucked up island wasn’t fair to him at all. He tried bringing them back, he tried forgetting, nothing ever worked. Every good thought washed into a bad one, and Charlie would end up hating himself more.
