Delphini Riddle spent nine years in Azkaban. When they released her, she disappeared into the muggle world, determined to have nothing to do with the wizarding world. Only once upon a time, she showed up at the Ministry of magic to convince them she was not doing anything illegal.
Once she came to the ministry the experiment in the Department of Mystery backfired and she woke up in 1991 the year when Harry Potter came to Hogwarts. When she realized that none knew her here and didn't know what she had done, she came back to the magical world.
This time with an opposite goal than before. After all, she's no longer daddy’s girl. She could reform Wizard world when she played her cards right. And what is a better position than a girl who is trying to help everyone? And there are a lot of things that need to be saved.
One abused saviour, one old man who forgot that greater good could be just another word for wrong, one angry bat from a dungeon, one Hogwarts house that didn’t get the memo that Salazar priced cunning and ambition before blood status, a few hundreds of dead people, one corrupted ministry, and Dark Lord who is standing in her way.
Oh wait, is Hogwarts looking for a Professor of Muggle Studies?-

Snape stared at the child, his face registering confusion as much as concern. "What on Earth are you doing here?" he asked, kneeling down to peer at her more carefully. He tried to suppress a shudder, for despite the fact that this was obviously a child, their resemblance to Voldemort was unmistakable: same long, dark hair, same pale, pointed face.

Harry Potter disappeared the night Sirius Black escaped. Tom Riddle wins the war and rules Britain with an iron fist. His daughter is trained to lead his armies. Then a muggleborn witch, cleverer than all except the Riddles themselves, appears long after she was thought dead. Gathers a resistance of her classmates, muggle armies, terrorists, anyone who wants to go down fighting. Armies are conscripted, nuclear bombs dropped, volunteer armies make suicide-mission attacks on Voldemort's strongholds.
The Mongoose leads them. A small, brown-haired predator. A killer of snakes.
Bellatrix and her daughter take note. Bella wants a pet. Wants to make the girl her plaything. Show her her place with a collar and a leash. Delphini wants her too, but she isn't so sure. No one else has looked at her unafraid, wand to wand in the middle of a duel.

What if Hermione led the muggleborn/muggle resistance? What if Delphini spent a half-century tracking her down? What if she was closer to her mother than her father? What if she was more into sex and violence than world domination?

Then again, they had always been awfully stubborn and paired with a couple of others as stubborn as themselves they just might be able to become the masters of their own faith.
