Summary
Tommy has been in exile for two years now and up until now, it hasn't been lifted by Tubbo. He's been living under Dream's watch and it has caused him to have depression. It hasn't been good for him. He is starved and all of his belongings are blown up by Dream. Meanwhile in L'manburg and Greater SMP, Quackity, Sapnap, and Karl couldn't continue waiting and decided to take matters into their own hands. They take Tommy along with Ranboo, Fundy and Purpled to Camp Oasis, a camp where children of gods from different pantheons other known as demi-gods reside.
How will the four of them react once they find out that they are demi-gods? Especially Tommy who reunited with someone that he never thought that he would meet again. Follow their adventure of meeting new and old faces and facing different challenges that come to their new lives.

No reply. Worry ebbed at George. His best friend hadn't spoken in hours, locking himself up in his room. Given, it'd only been a few days since Hestia passed, but this much silence from the green boy didn't make sense. Faintly, he could make out breathing, almost hyperventilating.
To his horror, he found his best friend slumped on the floor, a blade in his hand. The blade was littered with blood, and small cuts surrounded his wrists, dripping with blood. A squeak of surprise grasped its way out of his mouth. "Dream, what did you…"

“Karl, it’s me, it’s your Sapnap,” he says, pleading, though he’s not quite afraid. Heartbreakingly, this is familiar. Not expected, but at least familiar.
It’s been happening for months now, ever since Karl last ventured beyond the camp’s borders; sword heaved upon his shoulder beside Sapnap and Quackity as they set off into the world for their own quest, only things had gone wrong and Karl had been tricked, lured away by a servant of the Maddened God; struck with a cursed blade that had severed tethers of his mind. There are fewer side effects now, but now and again, Karl forgets.
Sometimes it’s for a moment, a brief flash of confusion or a question that lingers because Karl doesn’t remember, and other days it’s as if he wakes in a haze, words slipping from lips like whispers on the breeze; memories replayed and replaced and rewritten.
But even though Karl has forgotten things in the past, but he’s never forgotten Sapnap.Not like this.
Or: Sapnap fears Karl won't regain his memory and see the man he had fallen in love with.
