He was noisy, curious - worse, nosy - and loved to use his convoluted language of misunderstood artist to rile him up. Fortunately, praised be the Archons (and Al-Haitham was not in the habit of praising the Archons), he only invaded the personal space of those fools who had accepted to be his friends, and he understood that if he encroached on his, he would be met with a very special reception.
Al-Haitham was wrong. So, so wrong. There was a thousand times worse than reluctantly sharing a house with Kaveh. There was sharing a room with him.

Il était bruyant, curieux – pire, fouineur –, respectait à peine son quota de tâches ménagères, et adorait user de son langage abscons d’artiste incompris. Heureusement, soient loués les Archons (et Al-Haitham n’avait pas pour habitude de louer les Archons), il n’était tactile qu’avec les abrutis qui avaient accepté d’être ses amis, et avait compris que s’il venait à empiéter sur son espace personnel, il serait accueilli très spécialement.
Al-Haitham avait eu tort. Tellement tort. Il y avait mille fois pire que partager, malgré lui, une maison avec Kaveh. Il y avait partager une chambre avec lui.
