Summary
Flashes of the previous night played before his eyes, yet he couldn't make out any connections between them. There was blood, some kind of water and rage- a lot of it. He felt something crawl underneath his skin. Like whatever happened wasn't over, like it'll come back. He shook the thought from his mind.

Or, Nick and Dylan wake up the morning after. -

Summary
The killing moon will come too soon and there's nothing we can do before the sunrise. Here you will follow the risky path of conselors locked at Hackett's Quarry under a blue moon, a summer camp in Northkill woods opened in 1953, nowadays directed by Chris Hackett. Might be bloody, might be a memory stuck in your head, it'll follow on many generations. Many rumors seem like they're haunting the place...perhaps some of them could be truth...who knows ? The night promises bloodshed and memories that won't fade easily. Something more sinister lurks beneath the surface, and not everything is as it seems. Don't be fooled by what meets the eye.
Somehow there's more than what meets the eyes. Don't be fooled.

Summary
Quartzite, with its jagged edges and glimmering surface, is a formidable and resilient rock. Formed through intense pressure and searing heat deep within the earth, it possesses a strength that belies its delicate appearance.
As the last days of summer fade away, Dylan feels the weight of expectation and desire bearing down on him like a physical force. Caught between the possibility of a fleeting romance and a situation that could mean life or death, he is under an immense amount of pressure. It's as if the very ground beneath him is shifting and changing. A transformation is on the horizon.

Summary
Dylan holds the radio out to him and instead of letting Dylan drop it into his hand, Ryan grabs for the thing and finds his fingers closing over top of Dylan’s. For a fraction of a second they freeze like that, Ryan holding onto Dylan’s hand which is holding onto the radio, their eyes meeting as accidentally as their hands, and Ryan feels something move through him like electricity. Dylan must feel it too, because he pulls his hand back like he’s been shocked and Ryan scrambles to catch the radio before it can tumble to the floor.
Dylan and Ryan are crushing hard on each other, but they both have trouble communicating that fact. They only seem to be able to talk without awkwardness when they're discussing their shared love of music. When Ryan loses access to his contraband cell phone and his beloved podcasts, Dylan unwittingly gives him something far more interesting to listen to.

Summary
Ryan groaned, attempting to flop back down, but Dylan yanked him forward with surprising strength. “Dude,” Ryan muttered, rubbing his eyes. “If this is about your PA system again—”
“It’s not, I swear.” Dylan was already ushering him toward the door, barely giving him time to pull on a hoodie. “But it is very important. Life-changing, even.”
Ryan shot him a deeply unamused look. “At six in the goddamn morning?”
Or...

That game of truth or dare by the campfire, except it goes slightly different than it did in the game.
“I dare youuu to kiss… Jacob,” he said, licking his lip in anticipation. Either Dylan was trying to help Nick along by providing a sexy piece of meat for him to experiment with or he merely wanted him to look like an idiot by kissing his best friend.

Summary
Of course he is. Of course Nick Furcillo, of all of the boys at Hackett’s Quarry, would be sitting on some creaky steps and listening to a group of depressed English men writing some of the saddest pop songs she can feasibly imagine.
(In which the reader has bad taste, Nick wears varsity jackets, and a summer of mutually terrible flirting abruptly stops via werewolf attack.)
