Summary
Danny thought he escaped the League and his father's expectations for good when he was 8. To his surprise they came back for him. Recently escaping from the government and his adopted parents alike and trying to avoid both the GIW and the League he gets sucked back in anyways. He has a nephew now though, so thats cool. He's getting out again but at what cost? Is the gain worth it?
Danyal Al Ghul-Fenton, the son of Ra's Al Ghul, Talia Al Ghul's younger brother, and the Demon Heir- fell into the Fenton's life at the age of 8 only to get ripped back into his old life ten years later. He manages to get out again with Jason Todd under the assumption he'll assist him in his mission. He assists him a lot more positively instead. The league is still on his back though, after all Ra's still needs an heir. Can Danny escape his family again?

The ghostly kind, that is. But the human variant happens on occasion too, usually when a too-lax parent takes their eyes off their child for far too long in the park. But he digresses.
It happens more often than he would like. He's not really sure what the family dynamics between ghosts are like in the Zone, he hasn't gotten around to asking about it. Although, it's not like he would be able to anyways — hard to ask questions about something you don't know much about. So far, it all seems kinda... laissez-faire.
Point is: Danny is used to finding lost kids in Amity.

A hurt Danny needs to hide out after a bad fight with Vlad and ends up in Gotham. He doesn't have enough energy to be fully human shaped but his injuries would be worse in his living form, so he needs a smaller ghost shape. He remembers a little yokai doll he learned about in his ghost culture lessons with Pandora and turns into one of those after he finds a place with enough ambient ecto he can feed off of. It's a little corrupted, but he can filter it as he eats it.
Red Hood returns to his safe house to find a little cloth charm that looks like a white haired prince hanging in his window. He could toss it out but… it's just a little guy so it should be fine to bring inside.

Anyway, this new place sucks.
There is barely any ecto in the air despite how much death is here, he can't see the stars with the smog, and he can't leave the city! Everytime he tries, he just blinks and he's back in the center of a place called 'Crime Alley'!
At least he can smell something tasty nearby, not sure why it's making his fangs hurt though.

“B, didn’t you promise us as you’d tell if there was a possibility of another secret child?” Tim asks as he stares at the black haired boy, who looks like he had been to hell and back to get here, with blue eyes — because of course, they are blue — in front of the Manor’s door.
He can’t help but feel unnerved by the way the boy evaded their security measures and how he hasn’t said a single word since Tim opened the door even when he can see the boy’s hands tremble.
“Yes?” Bruce's voice floats from further in the Manor, his barely audible gaunt drawing near.
“Then who the hell is this?” he asks just as the man turns the corner. He freezes at the sight of the kid, literally blue screening as he takes him in.
“Actually he’s mine,” a too chipper voice announces and Tim nearly jumps out of skin as he turns to Dick.
