The person on the other side of the phone said something he couldn’t quite remember. All he could pay attention to was his elevated heart rate. He had done this before, in Steel Cove. He betrayed and shot his commanding officer. He was no stranger to this type of stuff.
So why was he so terrified?
“Understood. We’re near the docks. I’ll dump her in Erie. Nobody’ll find her down there.” He hung up the phone, letting out a shaky breath as his facade dropped. “Shit.”
Or; Blake Danger, Codename Falcon, makes a single choice, one late night on May 16th, 2015. Over a year and a half later, the consequences of his actions break into an Ontario safehouse.

After the events of Black Dusk 14 or more people are forced to survive a forgotten dystopian called the Old World. A world that was left behind and forgotten as they moved to the New World and the main planet was left behind. Trials will be held every month to test to see if they still belong here or if they shall be executed for being weak. Eventually, they’ll have to meet and kill an old friend who was abandoned by them. Maybe some companions will be able to join in… But for now? Lay down and recover. Rest while you can because tomorrow, you won’t know comfort.
Oh. And destroy that damn power source.

“Jackdaw, I don’t think I can make it,” Sparrow muttered, hoping her voice was loud enough to be heard over the static.
Halcyon was onto her. They tracked her down, blew up her helicopter in the dead of night. She was almost shot dead by the time she lost them. She found a cabin in the woods to stay low in. As the adrenaline wore off, the pain of bullets in her body felt worse and worse. Her earpiece was a bit damaged, but she hoped it worked. Sparrow knew she’d be dead by morning if she didn’t get medical help.
“Sparrow,” Jackdaw said. “What’s your location?”
“I have no idea,” Sparrow replied, breathing heavily. “Can you trace my radio signal?”
“We’re on it, kid. Stay alive,” Jackdaw let a hint of emotion into his voice.
Sparrow chuckled humorlessly, only to wince in pain. “Believe me, I’m really trying to.”
