It's another Eragon rewrite. I think you have all learned by now that though I thoroughly enjoy the individual characters, I'm not sold on Paolini's version of events. Eragon and Murtagh are raised in Morzan's castle, together, at least for a little while. Everything changes when Eragon is sent/taken away from the estate. He is an angry child, but when you're raised by a forsworn, there isn't much else you can expect.
This summary will be changed as the story goes on. As per usual, not following any sort of guideline and writing whatever comes out of my brain. I really should be focusing on Disparate Book II and Home, but this has been nagging at me and now I'm writing three stories and trying to keep them straight.
I fixed chapter three. Part of it got all jumbled when I was editing and I didn't realize. Sorry!
Eragon is ten at the start of the story and twenty when things really get going.
Eragon has poor mental health and develops severe PTSD. People with poor mental health make poor decisions and he makes a few of those. There aren't exactly any therapist running around. Things will be rough, but will get better. His mental health is a major factor in this story.

Summary
A few nights ago, Fäolin finally told Arya that he has, indeed, been trying to court her for the last decade. Arya is surprised and relieved to figure out what that odd feeling in the back of her mind has been every time she's around him. Love. They love each other.
With just two days left before she has to leave for the Varden again, Fäolin offers to show her what the physical side of a relationship can bring. Arya agrees.
The first chapter is M for the mention of nudity, but there's no hot and heavy description or anything. The rest, though...that's spicy. It is indeed also MY first time posting citrus so please be gentle. Rating changed to Explicit for Chapter 3.

He's reluctant to step into the world of magic, but that doesn't matter much when you have no say in whether or not a dragon hatches for you. Eragon and Murtagh learn some harsh truths that send them down different paths and test the strength of their family bonds. Eragon will discover where he fits in the world he's never even seen before. He will make new acquaintances, and strong friends, and hopefully avoid powerful enemies. And maybe, with a little bit of help from his friends, he might just one day strike down Galbatorix.
