This story, while focused on the effects of Komaru’s actions and Komaru herself, involves many different perspectives from a multitude of characters, and should in no way be considered a Komaru-centric fic.

Summary
After the events of Danganronpa 2, the awakened class 77-b takes refuge on Jabberwock Island to atone for their wrongdoings and attempt to reclaim normalcy. Hajime Hinata, more than anything, wants to be normal again but is constantly plagued with hints of the shadowy alter-identity suppressed into his consciousness. On top of that, he begins to deal with his confusing emotions towards his estranged classmate, Nagito Komaeda. Summary
[Post-Game] Nagito has had a crush on Hajime since they've met but has reluctantly kept his feelings hidden. Now being off of the island for a couple of years, old grudges have been forgiven and a friendship has formed between the two. Nagito still too self-conscious to confess his feelings has accepted admiring from the sidelines until a drunken conversation leads both of them to question the prospects of their relationship with each other. Both unsure how the other feels and each concerned over struggles of personal identity and outside factors, a horrible torturous terrible hard to read dynamic emerges. (There is nothing shocking and weird in this fic, it's pretty tame and just kind of sad ngl)
