The Underground is shaken by a massive power surge after Sarah beats the Labyrinth and returns home with her brother.
Jareth, annoyed by the loss, still intends to play by the rules and allow Sarah her freedom until he is blackmailed into finding a way to force Sarah back to his Kingdom.
On top of all that, Jareth has to deal with his devious half brother and malicious step mother who both have plans for Sarah and the power she now carries within her.
