But Sarah is ill, marked by dark magic and night terrors with all-too-real consequences. After a near-death experience, her friends decide the only way to save her is to bring her to the Goblin King.
Although he is still bitter from his defeat, Jareth cannot allow Sarah to be harmed - for more than one reason. In the same way it harms Sarah, the dark magic is destroying the Labyrinth, and the only way to save one is to save both.
Sarah must learn to adjust to life in the Underground, wrestle with her growing feelings for the Goblin King, and take her rightful place as Champion to save the Labyrinth and the Goblin Kingdom from certain doom.
