Summary
“Do you accept a call from a Mr. Jareth Williams?”
There was a reason answering machines were invented. Sarah should have never accepted the phone call from the Rochester Police Department. She certainly should have never agreed to bail a certain Goblin King out of the drunk tank of all places. A Goblin King who was claiming to be her husband...
But everyone knows bad decisions make for the best stories.

Summary
Generations of the Labyrinth passed down from owner to owner. The book always ends up somewhere, and always traps someone, that is the curse of the book. Jareth had seen everything in his labyrinth for years and yet he is conflicted when one person shows up in his clutches. A person so peculiar, not like Sarah or anyone who has set foot in the magical land.

Summary
For the longest time, Sarah had been lucky. With the right friends, and charms, and keys, she'd slipped easily in and out of different realms. She'd forgotten what true danger was. She'd become complacent.
By the time she realised her mistake, it was already too late.

Summary
When Sarah Williams writes a book about her Labyrinth adventure, it becomes a headache for the Goblin King, who has to deal with random mortals wishing themselves to him all day long.
Then portals spring up all over the kingdom, letting humans turn up and take a stroll through his dangerous fortress, as if on holiday, the Labyrinth and its denizens apparently allowing this. Sock Demons have infested the Bog, and a Tower of Lost Remotes has sprung up in the Junk City, with the goblins peddling ale and fripperies to the unwanted tourists from the Above.
It's when Jareth finds Hoggle leading tours through the maze that he finally snaps.
He goes to Sarah, who is sarcastically unapologetic, drags her back to the Labyrinth, and charges her with fixing what he insists she broke, while he goes off and suns himself on the beaches of the Helion, free booze and relaxion for a very stressed out Goblin King.
Three months later he returns, eager to talk to his Regent, looking forward to being home. But instead of appearing in his throne room, he finds himself standing on the hill outside the Wisher Gate.
A huge sign above it infuriates him:
"Welcome to Labyrinthopolis..." -

Summary
“Your daughter is in my realm. She wished herself there of her own accord. Now… because I am merciful and kind, I’ll offer you two ways to fix the issue.” He said softly. “You can enter the Labyrinth again and find her, or she can stay and marry one of my heirs and become a princess of the Goblin City.”
“And if I find her?” Sarah ventured, “What aren’t you telling me?” The crystal disappeared as Jareth chuckled.
“Still as bright as ever I see. If or when you find Fray- “
“Faye."
“Faye, then." He amended himself arduously, "You will take her place.”Sarah Williams has moved on from the trials of the Labyrinth. She's become a mother, and the Goblin King is the farthest thing on her mind until her daughter Faye makes an impulsive wish to be far from home. Sarah follows her daughter back to Jareth's Labyrinth, and she must find her before Faye solves the Labyrinth herself and becomes trapped in Jareth's realm to wed one of his three sons. But the Labyrinth is changing. Its magic is unstable and crumbling, and its king is adamant that at least one Williams girl will wear the crown; by any means necessary.

A bit on the late side but this is my take on a a Valentine tale. I wanted to take things in a bit of a different direction than the typical lovey dovey Valentine. Please review and let me know what you think.
Sarah always thought it was a very vivid dream, until the day came that she learned it was all too real. Valentines has come and Sarah has taken time off work, Jareth persuades her to choose the underground as her getaway destination. But is that a wise choice.
This story came about from the LFFL monthly writing challenge of Valentine’s Day theme.

Fifteen years later, successful Hollywood actress Sarah Williams strikes a bargain with the Goblin Prince, which then leads to interesting consequences with the High Court and one smirking Goblin King. Oh, and Jareth’s family is full of lunatics. A 'dysfunctionally ever after' romance.
