Frankly, it took more than a mere migraine to force him back from the blaring lights of 7 screens, the hubbub of Q branch, the brutal noise of a mission-related emergency in an earpiece, and the elevated heart rate that typically went along with high intensity missions.
James, observing Q from the safety of the office as his partner expertly guided a seriously injured agent through the scattered remnants of the mission, could see the tension building and made a mental note as to how to care for Q once the mission was over and Q was done caring for everybody else.
