From August 7th, 2022 to August 14th, 2022 I held an event to mark my 500 follower milestone on my tumblr blog: @always-andromeda. I built this event around one of my favorite albums: Strange Trails by Lord Huron. I came up with a prompt for each song and asked my followers to send me a song prompt pairing with whichever character they wanted. This is a collection of every request I wrote for this event. This collection is comprised primarily of requests for Paul Dano characters with a handful of Stranger Things characters sprinkled throughout.

They haven’t had a chance to talk about it. Jay thought back to all the wasted opportunities: The silence in the truck, when Jay couldn’t look K in the eyes. The fleeting glance and the apology dying on Jay’s tongue as Black Chalk took K to a different car. The things he bottled up in prison but were left unspoken when he first saw K waiting for the bus. He should have said something.

After two years as a member of the Animal Liberation Front, you finally have the opportunity to take down the Mirando Corporation. Acting undercover, you will infiltrate the corporations annual charity gala in hopes of recording confidential information. When the mission goes sideways, will you finally learn why your best friend and coworker, Jay, is so protective of you?
The tray slipped from your sweaty palm, falling to the floor with a crash. Lucy screamed, tumbling backwards off the bench and onto the floor.
You turned your head. Everyone was staring at you.
“Was that a gunshot?” Jay whispered through the earpiece.
“No.” You replied, “But Lucy Mirando just realized who I am.”
You couldn’t see his face, but you could imagine his ‘oh shit’ expression perfectly. It was a moment before he spoke again, with barely contained panic in his voice.
“Run.”
