Summary
'Never go beyond the last buoy, it's not safe' the town would always say. And as a fishing town Buck thought it was complete crap. He had gone diving before, seeing what was past the buoy, there was only ever lush kelp, crystal sand and beautiful fish. No sharks, no suspicious looking caves, no rips that he could see, so he had no clue why he wasn't supposed to go that far out on just that side of the coast.
But against the town's guidance, he takes an unnoticeable wooden rowboat out past the buoy deep in the night. Just to see the dangerous beauty that was lurking in the waters.

An ambush on a small group of Resistance members running errands while unarmed had forced them to make brash decisions in order to get back without any major casualties.
Buck had lead the charge and when they returned bloodied and bruised Jenos was infuriated and goes off at his disciple for his stupidity and endangerment of others. Buck shuts him up the only way he thinks he can, with feelings.

'The Pink Moon Phenomenon' it was called, a yearly occurrence in which the Goddess of Love and Affection turned the moon a shade of pink to give back love to the Realm in one grand gesture.
Said happening came with it's own legend, that if you watched the moon turn pink with the one you love the most then they will love you in return as a blessing from the goddess herself. Since Buck meditated with Jenos every night without fail, he was nervous.

Summary
Jenos discovered a hot spring near the Resistance camp, he decided not to tell anyone since he would rather keep the secret to himself for now, just so he can keep the hot water to himself for as long as possible. Such beauty like his own is not easily maintained after all.
But Buck gets curious, since he was ready to meditate but couldn't find Jenos, so after snooping around in the forest in hopes of finding the god, he stumbles upon the hot spring. And seeing the god without his robes makes him want to do more than meditating.

Summary
The Festival of Gods is in town, Magistrate forces have fallen back due to all the people that took to the streets, so the Resistance has some well needed time off. The festival was originally made to honour the gods but as time passed, it became more of a fun partying tradition, and who were the Resistance to not celebrate when they had two gods of their own?
So Koga jumps at the idea of the group going out drinking together, and the night gets a bit steamy when a certain celestial star god tops up on a bit too much liquid courage.

Summary
The Resistance was barely able to escape from a very close call after a run in with the Magistrate. The ambush would have almost taken someone's life, but Io and Jenos were able to get the entire group into safety before it was too late. But it didn't mean that there still wouldn't be consequences to suffer from letting their guard down.
The way that Jenos had to watch blood flow from his lover's wounds hit harder than any bullet that could graze his skin.

He was the one who bestowed power and knowledge unto Buck, so it should've been his job to protect him. But it had all happened too fast, and the god hadn't even noticed until morning.
The Magistrate's search for heavenly power never did end, and they would stop at nothing to get their hands on it.
