Luckily, there’s no line for a seat at the stall. The guy sitting on the stool closest to me just whimpers and sprints away after I tap him on the shoulder and say, “Hi!” Guess he forgot he had somewhere to be. I shrug and take his spot. For some reason, several people standing behind me are looking at my seat, and I glare at them. They don’t stick around either. Weirdos. Must have a few bolts loose, those guys.
“Six fish skewers, please,” I say to Jericho. “And make ‘em nice and pointy.”
