Summary
After returning from Demacia, Ekko hides Jinx in the Firelight base, keeping his promise despite how he wishes everything can go back to normal. Jinx is back in Zaun despite knowing she hasn't achieved the reason she left: breaking the cycle. She is only here for Ekko and Isha. Why would she want to risk hurting anyone else by letting them in? Vi is still grieving her sister and it feels like it will never end. The feeling eats at her heart as she watches Cait drift away, too busy with her work. Cait is becoming impatient with the secret of Jinx. She hates watching Vi fade more and more as time goes on. Soon everything will come crashing down as things change all over again. The cycle never ends, even when you try to run away…

Summary
Silco's... not a good parent. As much as he loves his daughter, he has a few flaws when it comes to her. But he can explain it all away, from slipping drugs into her tea to keep her his perfect little girl to keeping her safe away from the world. He can even explain giving her to the Enforcers in exchange for Zaun - after all, they've given their word that Jinx is not to be harmed.
Ekko, meanwhile, went to the bridge upon overhearing the Enforcers' plans to capture Jinx on their radios - she's too far gone, and as the last person who knew Powder as well as the leader of the Firelights, it's his job to put her down.
But after rescuing her instead upon realizing Jinx is still at least a little Powder, when he learns that 'Jinx' the persona isn't real but instead a defense mechanism, upon learning about the drugs in her system and the pain and fear inflicted on her, he insists she can be saved.
And thus begins the rest of her life.
(Featuring childhood-friends-to-enemies-to-friends-to-lovers Timebomb, a complicated relationship between Jinx and Silco, genius Firelight bioengineer Jinx/Powder, and Jinx proving she's stronger and better than anyone gives her credit for.)

Summary
Even as Jinx sobs, even as she works a miracle, all she can think is how ironic it is.
Jinx, despite what it looks like from the outside, doesn’t like making weapons. She doesn’t like refining Shimmer, or designing and repairing metal monsters that can level buildings. That’s not what she likes to do.
What she likes to do is play Prometheus.
(After years of abuse and mistreatment, Jinx snaps and kills Silco - but, upon her immediate regret, she chooses to play God yet again with her bioengineering skills and organic 3D printer and bring him back to life.)

Summary
In the Undercity, there aren't really many options for girls to have a future due to the apartheid put in place by Piltover. The four options generally are to defect to Piltover, to sell one's body, to get married, or to have a steady enough background and family (on top of physical strength and smarts) that you're safe. While Vander is lucky enough to be a man and not have to worry about this, Vander is also, unfortunately, the parent of two daughters - and while he trusts that Vi is strong and smart and steady enough to be able to get by without any of the first three, he doesn't trust the same for Powder, who's small and strange and scared. However, when he goes to vent to Benzo about this, they strike up an arrangement, so that if Powder grows up and is still the same way she is now, she's got a stable future through marrying Ekko.

Set in a modern-day AU Zaun/Piltover, in which Lux & Jinx meet as roommates at Zaun Metropolitan University, and Ekko is Jinx’s best friend & on/off lover.
Featuring, if I do say so myself, some very cute and occasionally angsty slow burn up ahead, and will be exploring a polyamorous set-up between the three of them later down the line (because, as we all know, Jinx has two hands!)
I also think each chapter will be based on a song/lyric - this one’s Taylor Swift because Lux is definitely a Swifty at heart, ahaha!

(depending on where they are from in my au, the terms of address are pronounced/written differently)—they are not specific to the sex and/or secondary genders of either of the parents 👍🏾
maudra/mordra/mawder(ra) = mother
paudra/pordra/pawder(ra) = father*“mawder/pawder” is still pronounced “mawdra/pawdra” in most parts of Zaun (the spelling is on account of specific regions whose pronunciation is different). universally, all variations of theses formal terms of address are shortened to “ma” and “pa”. but the younger generations typically go with “mum/dad”, “mum/mum”, “dad/dad”
