Summary
Sirius Black and Remus Lupin have spent their entire careers together—from training all the way to being assigned to the same team working for the secret intelligence agency, Salazar. Sirius has loved Remus for just as long, but has never told him.
Finn O'Hara is a university professor of English Literature with a spy for a husband. Logan Tremblay keeps his work mostly secret. Finn enjoys the perks of it—fancy vacations and long, luxurious homecomings. It almost outweighs the horrible waiting and worrying whether or not Logan will come home to him.
Sirius and Finn's worlds are ripped apart when a mission goes wrong and Remus and Logan are killed—or are they? When Remus' face shows up on security footage months later, hope blooms its dangerous and tedious flower once again.

Halfway back to Finn and Logan’s apartment, Alex asks into the silence, “Are we not going to talk about how that blonde lil’ beauty has an obvious crush on you?”
“Are we not going to talk about your hard-on for Sirius Black?” Finn quips.
Neither of them answer each other for a long moment. Then, Alex says, “You know, professionally speaking, yes I have a hard-on for Sirius Black. But can we talk about his hot goalie friend who used to play for my team?”
Finn choked. “Are we really going to do this now? Talk boys?”
Alex groaned. “Finally. Two bisexual brothers who finally know they’re both bis-“
“I’m gay, Alex,” Finn cuts him off, looking over. A small smile plays on his face, and it’s soon matched on Alex's.
“Fuck yeah.” Was Alex’s only reply. Then, “Thought you’d never get that out.”
“Oh, fuck off.”

Secrets are shared. Kisses are given. Songs are written. Basketball is played. Coffee is made. And, in between it all, Remus Lupin falls in love with his best friend's brother. And in between that, Sirius Black falls in love with his brother's best friend.

This is NOT a texting fic, but portions of it are definitely messages and texting between characters. So... I guess you could call it half & half. More like 2/3 & 1/3. Whatever.
Also, the Gryffindor Lions team in this fic is entirely inspired by LUMOSINLOVE's Sweater Weather & Vanciere series. Absolute must-read. Sweater Weather had me in a chokehold for a good 3 months.You don't need to have read it to read this, but I highly recommend just for your enjoyment.
